My review is less than 1 star. You mail carriers are inept and incapable of appropriate delivery. $ pieces of mail delivered yesterday were delivered to my across the street neighbors nail box. The mail was correctly addressed to my home and with our name. This mail included two notices from the WA Department of State Health Service. This is important state mail and your failure to deliver it correctly will be reported to the state and to USPS Main complaint service

When bulky packages won't fit into lockers they are placed outside of the lockbox but not notified by of that. We have thieves here so they should notify me that the package is not in lockbox, but delivered and not in lockbox. 816 Sharon Avenue E, Moses Lake, WA 98837

Needed to look up Moses Lake Post Office and just noticed all of the negative comments. However, my experience in the actual Office has been excellent. Almost entirely due to the gentleman named Phil. He is customer service at its finest. I’ve never been served by Phil that I didn’t leave feeling better about my day. Phil is the definition of “serving the public”!

Moses Lake, WA Post Office never answers their phone after their lengthy message, it rings multiple times then disconnects every time! Some of My packages are not being delivered. Informed Delivery says they’re out but then says delivered to PO Box but I don’t have one, or package has been forwarded! I’ve gone in to let them know my concerns but the postmaster obviously doesn’t care. He’s worthless!

They said my package was delivered at 9:30 was not, so I went to the post office and showed them the doorbell video that nobody was at my door at 9:30. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Horrible Customer Service. I’ve called no less than 30 times this am. I’ve say on hold, i’ve listened to the line ring and every single time it reaches a dial tone and disconnects. I’m beyond frustrated with your level of attentiveness.

Pre-Covid and later. Three times per week have to deliver mail and packages to other addresses. This is an ongoing issue, everyone makes mistakes but there isn’t any improvement. I don’t receive our mail but receive others mail continually. It doesn’t seem to help by complaining. The issue is community wide, so everyone in this neighborhood have become mail delivery people. Now there is a knew service provided to us, several packages are being returned to the seller without any attempt to deliver. Just this week two Amazon packages were sent back to Amazon by the post office stating unable to deliver. It is really unacceptable. I suggest dumping all the mail and packages for Pelican Point into one large container and allow us to look for our own mail and packages, it would improve our chances of getting some of our mail. At this point anything would be an improvement. I have lived in this neighborhood for years and have had issues from the beginning. Sending our packages back with no attempt at delivery should be considered a criminal offense. You can’t ever get the post master to come out of hiding if you go into the post office to discuss the terrible customer experience. Enough is enough.

This is they worst post office ever. I have been waiting for a month for them to change locks on my mail box. All I get told is we are short handed. So then I have to go into the dirty post office that let's homeless people live in there shit and piss all o er the floors garbage everywhere. My mail is supposed to be on hold but my neighbors keep getting my mail in their box.

Package could not be delivered yesterday. I was home all day! Mailbox at end of street. I am disabled and walk to box most days. Once there I find a variety of mail crammed into my box. Torn packages, my neighbors mail. I take care of it and return other peoples mail. Our mail is slow...We have a high incidence of mail theft. I know there is a Virus, but our mail carriers are stretched thin..

Recently we have had a couple instances of either lost mail (Oct. 2019) or mail placed in wrong mailbox (Nov. 2019). We understand this is a busy time, but it is important to ensure mail is placed in the correct mailbox. Fortunately, neighbor stopped by our home with our mail. Items were gift cards for Christmas!

I've had several packages dropped off at the doorstep with no ringing or knocking to let us know there's a delivery. I read on the USPS website that postmen are required to knock or ring for deliveries but do not have to wait for a response....I'm ok with that. I know this is happening because our doorbell camera has recorded these occurrances. One of these packages was stolen. When I followed up using the USPS tracking number it reads "handed off directly "! This has happened with several of the Moses Lake postmen, not just one repeated offender. In the past some deliveries would say "left at door " which was true. Now they are lying to the customer as well as to their employers. We now get our deliveries sent to a secure address.

I’ve been to this post office many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I just went the other day and a middle-aged male employee went above and beyond the call of duty. As I was looking for a box to put my items in, he stopped me and suggested other options that would save me money. He had such a positive attitude with everyone in the building despite how busy the post office was (the busiest time of year). It was a very quick and easy process.

Pay extra for packages overnighted. Only to have USPS in Moses Lake never deliver package, never leave slip for pick up, and package is in USPS limbo because their website doesn't say where it is to call or go find out what happened. Horrible horrible business practice! They need to get their act, and shipping policies together and in practice!!!!!!! A week, and still no package!!!!!

We are running out of patience with our postal service. Time and again packages are mishandled including: 1. Packages delivered to the wrong address 2. Insured Packages left on porch that require a signature. 3. Packages not even attempted for delivery, taken straight to post office. 4. Packages marked 'postage due' and taken straight to post office when we are home; when there is no postage due. 5. Specific instructions not followed; delivered to garage when instructed to deliver to porch (I am in a wheelchair and can not get to the garage) 6. Packages marked 'do not bend' are bent and stuffed into mailbox Overall our mail carrier appears lazy or incompetent or disrespectful, or all three.

PISS POOR!!! This is one of worst Post Offices in the country. First of all when the flag is up, that means there is mail in it!!! How hard is it!!! Second, why is it, that when I send a letter or package to someone anywhere in the northwest, it takes 2 to 3 days, but when someone sends me mail, IT TAKES 2 FLIPPEN WEEKS!!!! SOMETIMES WE DON'T EVEN RECEIVE IT BECAUSE IT ENDS UP AT MY NEIGHBORS!! Moses Lake Postal service is too damn lazy to sort mail and get it to us in a timely fashion. And you wonder why people go postal!!!

The last one today is a return to sender insufficient address unable to forward...its a house I have it on google maps... it is identical to what is on the envelope. this is unacceptable.

The service at this post office is terrible, I never get the mail from companies I request catalogs from. Mail is 2-3 weeks late pretty consistently, I call to talk to someone about it and get told "there's nothing in the file that would prevent your receiving mail, just wait a few days" needless to say I'm thoroughly dis-pleased
