This location needs new management, never experienced such poor service from the USPS anywhere in the UD

This week I got a letter from an elderly friend. The street number was wrong. The writing was so scrawled I could barely recognize my street name. The apartment number was missing. The zip code was wrong. I have no idea how the post office figured out how to get it to me, and yet they did! Amazing! Well done!

You NEVER answer the phone, your carriers are lazy and inept. They send updates to Amazon stating they "attempted" delivery which is untrue, it was 4:57, they went home. Continual incorrect mail delivery even AFTER filling out your form in the Post Office stating exactly who lived at the address, because you said that had to be filled out to make sure we don't get incorrect mail.... your ineptness is only surpassed by CDA postal service... and that is definitely scrapping the bottom of the barrel

Our regular delivery person, Clay, is wonderful. His substitute is not. Once again he walked into our office without a mask. It is posted on our door that masks are mandatory (plus State mandated). Thought you should know.
