I am looking for a package that was delivered to Leavenworth and listed under tracking as out for delivery on November 19 yet no delivery scan h as happened. Calling the Leavenworth USPS is worthless as they put you on hold constantly and never answer the phone again. Horrible post office. Tracking is 9400108205497317400930. Please locate the package immediately as it is December 23 at 9:25 a.m..

Dear Postmaster for Leavenworth Washington state: Please can our post carrier quit putting packages in our tiny post box? Either that or is there a way to put up a larger mail box? I live at 10415-A Titus Rd, Leavenworth WA 98826 Thanks, Gloria h Williams

On Dec. 21 I sent a letter by Certified mail to my son in Chandler, AZ. It was returned to me about 3 weeks later noting undeliverable. I followed the tracking and it only went as far as the Phoenix Hub and never to Chandler, AZ. I talked to the Post Master in Leavenworth and he took it to send in another envelope to the Post Master in Chandler, he did not record the tracking for the envelope he sent it in. I finally filed for a Case as the letter never got to it's destination again. The Post Master in Chandler called me and said she never received my mail. I have talked to the Post Master in Leavenworth a couple more times and he still does not know where my mail is and has not contacted me as promised. WHERE do I go now?

Local street mailbox has been broken for a month. Have to go into PO to get mail. Asked if they can figure out a way to deliver due to COVID etc. NOPE I was told. No idea when it will be fixed. Always long lines in a very small lobby.

I’m a resident at the Kahler Glenn community and I have watched on multiple occasions a neighbor handling mail with the postal worker at our community mailboxes, helping fill boxes. Not only should that be confidential information and a violation of privacy but no one should be even standing there while the Postal Service employee is handling confidential mail. I have contacted the post office general through a written complaint, but nothing has happened as of yet and this continues to be an issue almost daily! This is obviously a distraction for the postal worker as packages continue to be delivered to the wrong addresses within Kahler Glen, we have to then go deliver to the correct address ourselves.

I was notified today that I had a package that was out for delivery, well my package never came. This is the second time I've ordered something and didn't receive it. I wonder if the mail carrier just decided to keep it. I had another incident last summer where my package was supposedly delivered but I sure never got it. The mail boy said he remembered putting it on my deck( I don't have a deck) and my kids were home all day that day. Filing a complaint didn't do me any good at all.

This issue is concerning the 98826 zip code, lower Chumstick route. Apparently there is information about my mail and mail habits being spoken about in the community. Specifically, it’s been brought to my attention that a person who was allowed to ride along on the route was talking to others about correspondance I was receiving from a financial institution and contemplating what that correspondence could be by the size and shape of the envelope. Apparently there was a comment made about how we never answer the door when the mail carrier has certified letters we need to sign for. While this information isn’t highly sensitive, I am not comfortable with any information being spoken of in the community. I understand small communities because I’m from an even smaller community in this valley. I believe extra care and due diligence should be taken by USPS employees precisely because we are rural. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity displayed and have considered renting a PO Box to perhaps give me some comfort and I certainly will if I have to, however, I don’t believe I should be required to add obstacles and inconveniences to my life because of someone else’s lack of professionalism and integrity. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Again, for probably the fourth time, an Amazon Prime package was not delivered due to "Deliver was attempted." This is not true. I did receive some junk mail today (Friday, 19, 2019) but no package. They did not attempt and my neighbor told me that a mail carrier once said that she was only delivering packages on some days, and not on others. I wish we had a legit US Postal Carrier. We pay extra for Amazon Prime, and we expect our packages to be delivered on time!

The mail carrier left a note saying "unable to deliver" a 35lb package. My husband and I were out in the yard, and we SAW the mail carrier drive right by. My husband called the Post Office and was told that the Post Master would contact him re delivery problem. This was 2 weeks ago. Post Master has not contacted us. My husband instructed the Post Office to deliver the undelivered package by our back door. Instead, the mail carrier shoved the 35 lb package into our mail box, fitting so tight that they BENT OUR MAILBOX! I guess they thought that was funny. We don't.

This is the 2nd time we've had a problem with delivery of an Amazon Prime package. We pay for a Prime membership precisely to receive the expedited delivery benefit. Our carrier doesn't honor the benefit we pay for. The carrier sends messages to Amazon saying delivery was attempted but that isn't the truth. No attempt was made. We know that because 1) we were home both times and 2) we got the unable to deliver notification from Amazon in the morning and our mail is always delivered mid to late afternoon. I've notified Amazon of the problem and hope you will correct it on your end.

I was at the Leavenworth P.O. today. Do you have a dress code for personnel? This girl was out front, behind the counter, talking to a clerk. She was over weight and had a very tight, bright pink, sleeveless top on. Her wide bra straps were showing a lot. It looked terrible. It doesn’t say much about who they hire if their appearance is so distasteful.

This is without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have ever had with shipping a package. Not only did they send my package to the wrong location it wasn't even heading in the right direction. Even with their attempts to make me a happy customer with over night shipping free of charge my package failed to get to me within 24 hours.
