Spotty inconsistent, Amazon never comes on time if at all!! My most recent headache from the Langley Post office, They delivered a box of drinks from Amazon to my doorstep but then refused to deliver dog food to my door from Amazon on the same day stating that it wouldn't fit in my mailbox because it was full? Because of this being time sensitive it cost my alot of extra time & money. I ordered a birthday present for my daughter that was supposed to come last Monday, on Tuesday it said it was out for delivery.. did it come? No still says out for deliver on Tuesday with no update, Its Saturday and I don't have a present. But guess what a box I ordered several days after the gift came today from USPS? If USPS cant handle Amazon, why have they been given that responsibility? To bad my mailbox was full (not true btw) or they could have stuffed in my 30lb bag of dog food in there. Please Do better!!!

My regular carrier is on vacation. The substitute carrier put a notice in the box that the package was too large and I could pick it up at the Clinton post office. I have a Langley address. This was medication and I was not able to reach anyone at the Langley post office. The next day, a different item, I was notified by Amazon that my package was undeliverable and could be picked up at the post office....no notice from carrier. A different package, same day package from Amazon, same thing no notice from carrier, notified by Amazon......I don't even know what to do. Unable to get through by telephone to Langley post office. Langley post office telephone is either busy or goes to a fax machine. Please help!!!

Wow what a delay. I have packages that at the Langley post office for four days. And all it says when I track it is delivery delay. We have not got any of our Amazon orders or other packages delivered in the last week. I know they are short handed but really. Pay a higher wage and you probably get more postal workers.

I have lived at the same address for 10 years and until recently have always gotten my mail and packages, now the people on a different road are getting them yet say delivered to my mail box. PLEASE- read the street not just a number and assume it is correct. I should not have to go searching for a "Delivered" package !

Where’s my package? Every time it gets delivered to the wrong person, that person denies they have and steals it for themself. I expect a full reimbursement from USPS for this mistake. It’s getting to be ridiculous how often this happens and how unwilling they are to fix it. Last time I was told to “just order it again.” No, I’m not asking a small business to send me another product out of their own pocket when it is 100% USPS’s fault. Fix it. Own up to it.

Just checked my mailbox on Langley Road. There were 5 pieces of my neighbor’s mail and none of mine. An Amazon package was supposedly left in my mailbox 2 days ago but the box was empty.

Shocking that a $500 order from the company I have placed an order with every month for 20 years was delivered to another PO Box in Langley. It was never retrieved. In fact, the postal employee didn't even submit a request to the other PO Box renter to see what in the world happened to that order.

When I had my mail forwarded for an extended vacation I was receiving neighbors mail and not receiving all of my mail that people told me they sent. So I decided to stop mail forwarding and just have my mail held. Twice now they have returned my out of state permanent drivers license to the state I have it in and live in half of the year. When I call the dmv in that state they say it keeps getting returned to them. This postal office is to worth having! I am going to get a post office box.

They haven’t delivered last three packages. I guess my 30 foot driveway is to long? 1/2 pound balsa wood package. To much for the lazy delivery driver to get out of their car? Disappointed.

One of my packages was delivered to an address a 1/4 mile away not even close to my address. Fortunately the person there brought me and now there was a package stuffed into my mail box that I had to disassemble to get it out. The mail carrier must not care about the integrity of their job. Very disappointed.

When the delivery of my incoming packages are not going to completed on the scheduled day, they seem to make up reasons blaming the address not being correct or that they couldn't gain access to the site. It always posts that type of blame between 6:05 and 6:20pm and I am home waiting for it. Why are they lying instead of just that they needed an extra day?

I have had to make a redelivery which was almost impossible cause the site would never work. Called and they said they would have it out for delivery. Nothing came. Once again I tried the website and finally managed to reschedule and I never got my packages. Now one is being returned back to an address that no longer has occupants. I'm beyond pissed by now and so frustrated cause now it will probably be stolen and I'll never receive my items my mom had sent. Also trying to call now and I just get the busy tone.

I am elderly, disabled, and in poor health. I live in a mother-in-law cottage right next to my landlord's house. On the line in my address usually used for an apartment number or letter I write, "COTTAGE LEFT OF MAIN HOUSE. The mail carrier has stopped delivering to my door after 13 years of living here. They say my address, "Will Not Scan". They dump the packages in my landlady's carport. Their phone is always busy and I have no way to remedy this. I have no transportation and rely on deliveries for all my needs.

It is 10:35 PM and again as is so often the case, no mail has been delivered to our neighborhood in Mutiny Sands. Our area must be at the end of someones' route, and mail has no typically lagged to after 8:30 PM. Please reverse the routes so we can get same-day mail

The worst, putting my packages in the rain or on the back off my car or under it, i have notes stating where to leave the boxes, i have 2 carports, but NO they have to put them either in the rain, or on the cars, and i do not want that, i just went to Clinton post office today to make a complaint thinking it was from out off there, but was told it was Langley, they delivers on sundays, and i guess other days as well.... Really need to figure it out down there, not happy....

Sunny the new Supervisor needs to be fired! Before she started work at Langley Post Office, I always got my mail. Now over the past month I have not receive 4 very important documents that were mailed to me. Several regular (very good) postal delivery employees have quit. Mail is not being delivered. Mail is being lost. Mail is being thown out. Langley Post Office is going to get lawsuits if this continues. Allen was a great Supervisor, who recently retired. Sunny is the new replacement. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A POST OFFICE! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! NOW!!! before more mail is loss or discarded. Before the lawsuits start to pile up against her & the Langley Post Office.

I haven’t received a single package in weeks. Someone new must be doing my route because I haven’t had this issue before. I tried to talk to an employee (no one answers the phone so you have to go in) and she said that the trucks are too full to fit all the packages but half the time when I go to get my package they say I can’t get it because it’s on the truck. But if it’s on the truck then why won’t they drop it off at my house??? Someone isn’t doing their job. I’m 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old and I’m dependent on some of these things to come in the mail so that I don’t have to go to the city during the pandemic.

Horrible service. FedEx, UPS all come down our very large driveway with easy turn around to deliver packages. We leave our garage door open so that deliveries can be conveniently dropped off. This driver doesn’t even leave a pink slip until the next day. I pay for Amazon Prime and want packages in a timely manner. I have never had this experience with any other post office - Langley is the most frustrating and disappointing. What do we pay these people? Too much!

There’s been no mail delivery to our neighborhood now for six days. On at least three of those days our street—not plowed, but on a level grade—was accessible to 2wd vehicles with no great risk. The local phone number is perpetually “busy,” as other commenters here have observed. I plan to complain up the chain of command; there need to be consequences when people don’t do their jobs.

1. My mailbox was tied shut on October 7 with a balloon ribbon, by what I assume was an angry mail carrier. I tied a helium balloon to the mailbox on my daughter’s birthday as I've done for the past 8 years, to help mark the driveway entrance for her friendson the day of her party. We've never had a problem before this year, but that night the door was cinched shut tight with the ribbon AFTER the mail was delivered, with my federally protected mail inside. I had to retrieve the mail with scissors, on her birthday, thank you. 2. We have repeatedly had large packages STUFFED into our mailbox that were difficult to extract. See attached pics. 3. We have had high value deliveries stuffed into our mailbox after working hours, again with no delivery notifications to us, leaving them rife for theft from our mailbox on the street. A simple delivery notification would have been enough; we were watchful enough to go look for the package but this may not always be the case. I would hold USPS liable for loss in the case of theft from my mailbox since I was not notified of the delivery (and it was after 5pm).

I received 3 messages this morning that an attempt was made to deliver packages at my home in Clinton with an unable to deliver message. I was working in my yard and no one showed up at all. No delivery was attempted! I went to my mailbox and a letter I had put in the box with the flag up (yesterday) was not picked up which begs the question, did the delivery person go out at all on a "Seahawks Saturday playoff day"? Super annoyed and frustrated as I was in my yard working as to make absolutely sure I did not miss my delivery today (was needed for my house project). This is not good service at all and I am extremely frustrated by the level of service from my local postal carriers. I will make sure any packages in the future are delivered UPS or FedEx. Lazy lazy lazy. Do your job!

Do not send packages or anything that matters thru USPS/this post office. Mail carrier delivers packages to wrong addresses, can't remember or respond to tell you where it was delivered. the post office also takes their phones offline so you cannot reach them. Worst service ever!

I contacted the Postmaster from all three posts offices here on Whidbey Island. I have yet to hear from the postmaster that is responsible for my zip code. We've been having our mail boxes broke into and our mail stolen and any that is not useful to these thieves, they toss onto the side of the road. Something needs to be done. I need to talk to my Postmaster.

It's not particularly ethical to have a webpage that mimics the USPS site. At least there's the fine print that (after finally noticing it you're lucky) states it's not really connected to the real USPS.
The worst part though is a link to a gun rights website. It's more of the sickness that feeds on this society like a cancer.

Drivers are very slow and often get lazy n dump mail in ditches so they don't have to run around delivering. Anytime you waiting on something and hasn't shown up check ditches along bayveiw rd.
