When I as a customer has mail at your office and I have a mailbox on an asphalt drive that is plowed and shoveled during every storm. Why do I not get my mail , when your own app. USPS “informed delivery tells me I have mail. Why can you follow your own motto that has been around at least 200 years. United States Postal Service creed "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"

I have asked repeatedly for deliveries of boxes to be made to my gate and once again the carrier drops a box off in very tall grass at the end of my driveway. I couldn't see the box in the tall grass were it not for my dogs barking, I wouldn't have even known. I am so tired of the laziness of the carriers that seem to be unable to drive down the driveway to my gate. I tried to get her attention but was ignored and for that I am now very miffed with the USPS and how they have repeatedly ignored my requests. Please remedy this problem with your carriers or don't bother. If UPS and FEDEX can handle the flat surfaced driveway to the gate in their trucks then certainly your drivers can as well!!!!!!!!!!!! I would appreciate some attention to this repeated issue.
