Don't try to call. Very seldom gets answered and if they do then your on hold. I waited 30 minutes and tried again. I tried to get help from USPS.com and even they could not make contact or help me.
"incomplete address" is wrong, address was complete, your mailman just doesnt know how to read numbers on 6 mailboxes that are in a row. its all properly labeled!!!! just lazy!!
I know we have some road work on the this street 12th st it looks like my carrier has a anchor tyed to his ass. he can not seem to get his ass out of the truck and oh my god and have to walk to the mail box and do his job. so i guess my PUD payment will be late. We really need to hire some good people.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life. We recently moved from Tumwater and had issues regarding delivery from this office from day one but we kept giving them chance after chance. But now I've received a package completely destroyed and I can't get a refund from the seller. They say my husbands packages are either picked up at the PO or delivered which are both false because he never received them and they've said packages were undeliverable which, again, is false. We both work from home and no one even tried to deliver those so called "undeliverable items". This place is a joke and should be shut down if they're too lazy to do their job!
Our mailman can never take our out going mail. I have called and complained. He puts the flag down and leaves it in the box. Its happened for days on end. So sick of it.
I just want to say that our mail lady has to be one of the best. We have a daily pickup and due to a neighbor taking my outgoing mail, she has to come up to the door to get our outgoing mail. I ordered a daily pick-up of 5 packages but during the Christmas season, our packages total many more. She does a great job, always cheerful and helpful to the max. I hope she stays on the route for a long long time.
The post office lady is very rude. In always ordering imported sweets. And she always treats me like in doing something wrong. I've purchased a p.o. box there and had the receipt from online and she turned me away. Not very good customer service skills. She Needs to take some lessons on human resources.
Our mail lady is extremely rude and lazy. I called the postmaster to complain after each incident of horrid customer service, 3times in total, and am always given excuses. Now she refuses to deliver to our porch because she claims she fears for her safety, all based on her lies. Instead of taking into account that multiple people have complained about the same mail lady, the post master sides with the mail lady and claims our complaints are harassment. He refuses to make his employees practice good customer service so they get away with anything they want.
