This post office is a disaster. I am constantly not getting my mail or packages because they deliver them to the wrong address a block away. The first few times it wasn’t a big deal but when you order things and they don’t show up but yet say delivered there’s a problem after the 10th time.

I have a long gravel drive way and farm animals and dogs that roam my place and one mail lady for the Concrete area came down the drive about 45 miles an hour, so I asked her if she could keep it down to around 20 mph and she looked at me like I was the douche for asking. Not cool.

Postal carrier consistently mishandles our mail and when we call to inquire are consistently met with hostility and sometimes downright abuse. Nothing is ever resolved, and this has been going go for years, Have tried on several occasions to report this behaviour to higher-ups to no avail.

Left mail that I want delivered before Christmas in our mail box with flag up. Came home to find it mixed in with our other mail, damp, and the flag down.

I needed information regarding a delivery. The person helping me was rude/nonoccomadating, this behavior around the holidays is inexcusable. I think her name was Melanie-new post master?
