The poor service that we routinely receive out here is appalling. Example on November 1st I mailed in my ballot for voting I just found it in my mailbox sent back to me uncounted. This is absolutely Unforgivable and has been like this for the past five or six years I've lived at this address.
Terrible service. Yesterday my wife and myself waited all day in our home for some packages being delivered by this post office. They never came but claimed they tried to deliver… not so. Now I’m trying to get in touch with them by telephone to have them deliver them as they are being held at their office. No one answers the telephone even after repeated attempts. I wish you wouldn’t offer a service you won’t honor, let UPS deliver packages. at least they come to the door and put them on the porch. So how do I get my packages if they won’t answer the telephone?
Hello USPS people. I just wanted to let you know I'm very grateful for my mail carrier on Hudesman Lane. I met him outside today knowing I had packages coming and not only did he hand me my regular mail but also handed my neighbor my packages. I'm very hard of hearing and usually don't have my hearing aid in. But he heard what I said gave my neighbor my packages then gave me knuckles which I kinda request from everyone. Thank you Mail Man
Went to check my mailbox this morning at 0730 and the doors were dead bolted shut! The lobby is supposed to be open at 0500 and I was unable to check the mail! What is going on?? Thursday July 2,2020
What is going on down at the post office .? I made a complaint my mail was being sent back. When I questioned the post master she said there was some law that required " pmb. " to be on the address line . There is NO such law..... and she decided to " arbitrarily " inforce this law .... who is her boss . I want my complaint to be listed .???
I checked my post office box this morning at 0830. A woman said she was posting the mail and that it was a federal crime for me to watch her post and that if I didn't leave she would call the police! I told her she was out of line and rude. She said she would call the police. I immediately went to the window and asked for the Post Master or a supervisor. I told the supervisor what happened and demanded the sorter be fired. She said she couldn't do that. I hope you can. This is absolutely intolerable.
I've had packages sent to me before from ebay that will say free postage and our postmaster told me that I owed $16.08 for shipping, and the item was in one of YOUR boxes, if it fits it ships, well the post master thought other wise, so I sent it back. Now I have 2 packages that I will also send back, because they will only deliver once. This post office sucks !
Fix your window that's broken..............use plywood..........do what you have to do to keep lobby hours... people come from out of town to pick up mail....they pay you to keep lobby hours open
still not open......fix the window in the lobby! I pay money to pick up my mail....I shouldn't have to wait until 10 oclock!

I had my mailman a few months ago rip the door off my mailbox the post office did nothing. I had a package telling me it would get delivered at my house guaranteed TODAY. Talk to the mailman she tells me she's probably already sent it back to the sender. Call the post office because I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service they tell me it's out for delivery when she gets back she'll send her back out to drop it off. She didn't, wouldn't , AND they wouldn't even allow me to pick it up from the office. To be honest might be safer to pick up packages in Kettle Falls.
I paid extra for certified with return receipt requested. The package was tracked until the first attempt at delivery and was then lost to the system. I had to call and verify the package was received myself. I'm less that pleased that I paid extra for an extreme lack of service. The service was unsatisfactory.
