I have a very important package I am expecting but for some reason the USPS can't figure out what my address is even though they deliver my everyday mail to my address. It's just my packages that can't be delivered. Why is that? I haven't moved! What the heck is going on?

Had lived on Jackson Hwy for 25+ years with Zero issues. Constantly on time, never had issues with packages, was a great a local carrier. Moved onto North Fork of September 2021. And now that it is becoming a year of being here, it's just been awful. Our carrier doesn't put any effort into delivering packages, she can appear anywhere from 11am-4pm, some days she simply doesn't stop and deliver, and lastely today was the last straw. Two packages were deemed/stated as "delievered" but we did not recieve one package at all, and the second package was already opened and tampered on delivery.

We’re on a route serviced by a contract carrier, just off Coal Creek Road. We haven’t received mail in 6 business days. We could understand the weather delay last week but now that the roads are clear she still isn’t coming on our road. I’ve been a rural carrier in North Idaho during the winter. This is nothing even close to what e we drive through, hills included. Our approach and pull away areas have been cleared since last Monday. She has an awd vehicle. What is the problem?!

I’d like to place a complaint against the current mail delivery person on our route. This person has damaged our mailbox and our neighbors more than once. The doors are nearly broken off. This is uncalled for….please warn this employee immediately. Our address is 167 and 165 Penrose Lane(Adna area). If it continues to happen we will take our complaint further.

On my past two business trips to downtown Chehalis, I noticed that you have a bald, white postman that goes business to business without a mask on. I watched him go from one store to another without ever putting on a mask. This past trip I happened to be in a business when this particular postman entered and the owner asked the postman if he was feeling better, apparently he had been sick... I am certain not all your postal customers are comfortable with this and if the postman can not follow the law due to his personal beliefs, I am sure someone could use the law or on him or the post office if he gets anyone sick. It would be extremly easy for me or anyone else to make a viral tic toc video of Covid the Postman that could get him and you fame you might rather not have. The government already wants to shut you down, don't annoy the public.

So tired of them leaving a slip in my mail box and not even trying to deliver my packages. I call and say they will call me back in a few minutes . Will try very hard not to use the usp. I can see why they are going under

Been great for me, doing just what I asked, as far as they can go personally to accommodate me.

Didn't even attempt to deliver my package. She walked to the mail box placed two items in it. An envelope and a "sorry we missed you" note and pick it up tomorrow at the post office. Didn't even have the package with her. Note should say "Don't feel like doing my job today, a cell phone in a box was too much to handle. Have a nice day and go f@#$ yourself!" No wonder USPS is going under. At least UPS and Fedex throw your package at your door.
