Our mailperson left a key in my mailbox on 3.11.24 for the package in the locked package area beneath the mail boxes in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, the key did not open the 1P box and I left the key in my mailbox with a note that my package was still in the locked package area. Today, the key was still in my mailbox, so I left the key with the note in the "outgoing mail" slot. No one answers the phone at the Bonney Lake Post Office and the USPS phone number is of no use for this issue. If the correct package key is not available to me 3.13.24, whom can I call to get my package out of the locked area?

The post office does not answer their phone. If you need to speak with someone please stay on the line. Rings a bunch of times and cuts off. Called back 5 times. Ya, they don't answer the phone. Super helpful.

The guy who delivers our mail in Cedar Ridge, Bonney Lake is the worst driver. He doesn’t seem to get it or understand?? He does u-turns in the middle of our road and goes up on the sidewalks instead of using a driveway or going around the block.

Went in person with my package. USPS weighed the package, had me pay for the delivery fee, took the package. They gave me a receipt and tracking number. Bonney Lake didn’t bothered to put postage on it and sent it back to me. In believable. They have princess hours and aren’t open on the weekends. I went there because the postal counter people at the Sumner USPS never properly wear their masks, their noses are exposed which defeats the purpose of the mask. Both offices are closed weekends. Ugh

The Bonney Lake Post office refuses to answer their phone. I have been trying to reach them for days and no one will answer. I can't go in to the office as they are only open while I am at work. we lost our mail key and can't get our mail. It shouldn't be allowed for them to ignore the phones. There isn't a voice mail either. eventually it just turns into a busy signal.

I’m missing over 100 dollars in deliveries over the last couple years and there’s nothing anyone does to help me. The last time I complained, they said they would switch my delivery person and my problems went away but now the old delivery person is back and my packages are missing again.

I recently moved into a new house and DIDNT receive a key for the mailbox. I’ve been calling for several days just to have my calls rejected and/or ended.

Add one more for an International package that USPS says was delivered at 8:59 PM at or in our mailbox that was not delivered!! I do have to admit to wishing I could see a television being put into our locking mailbox on the street! We have lived in our home here for 30 years. Our packages have ALWAYS been delivered on our porch. So, this time we're expected to believe that a large package was delivered way after dark to our mailbox on the street. Now that is the definition of negligence! However, I do not believe that it ever was delivered at all. And trying to call the Bonney Lake, or Sumner, or even USPS in general, is USELESS.

Posted hours say 9am to 5pm. I'm currently at the post office and it is closed. Says closed for Lunch. Is this a mismanagement of personnel cus the post office should be open 9am to 5pm. Not to also mention my package has been delayed 11 days at this location. So when it reopens from lunch there is a long line of customers and they have one clerk working the front desk. So the clerk says he will be the only one running the store....unreal. This is the pri.e reason why this post office rating is 1.9 stars out of 5, unreal. Greg is the only one working the whole facility. Bonney Lakes population has been growing quickly while the staff at the post office hasn't, its not.meeting the demands of incoming mail and delivery.

I went to drop mail in a box at the Bonney Lake Shopping Center. It is obvious it hasn't been picked-up. The mail was coming out of the box. I hope the letters don't get stolen.

I work at Dieringer Heights Elementary Schoolo in Lake Tapps WA. We received two buckets of mail. One is not ours and is full of personal packages. I have attempted to call the Bonney Lake P.O. 5 times. It rings several times and then hangs up. Do they not have phone service?

Answer the damn phone! Hard to get ahold of anyone at this location. After hours of trying I still have not been able Get ahold of anybody, just automated system! I guess I will have to drive down there or run out to a postal service truck and ask them if I can track one down and pull them aside to ask my question or get a direct phone number to somebody who can help.

I have live at my address for 18 years! My mail lady has been fabulous! But sense they put this guy on her rout the mail is late or doesn't show up at all! Yesterday I watched him blow through our street! Then we get a notice from amazon that he couldn't deliver!? My driveway and walk way are spotless! And has been during this winter storm! He didn't even try!

Russellwood mail delivery is horrible!!!! Twice in less than four months package tracking says out for delivery but has never been delivered. Our mail is consistently not delivered even though it shows we have mail to be delivered. The delivery person puts mail in our box that is not ours; sometimes the mail belongs to neighbors and others who have never lived at this address. We have called so many times and emailed to get this straightened out that there are only two people that should receive mail at our address, but nothing has gotten any better. We receive mail that clearly stated do not fold such as our original wedding license after applying for my passport and the carrier shoved it in our little box folded around our other mail. It literally has a crease mark on it. So much for putting back in our frame. Trying to reach BL or Sumner PO is next to impossible. It rings and rings then changes to a busy signal or you get thrown into the never ending circle of push this button for this and this button for that then disconnected.

I have been trying to have the mail stopped that goes to the former occupant of the house located at 20028127th St. Ct.E. Bonney Lake Washington 98391-5421. The only occupants in the house are myself, Richard Dean Cilva and my wife Judith Ann Dugas-Cilva. How can I do this?

On 7/27/17 my carrier tried to deliver a parcel from Express Scripts, it require a signature. I was not home to sign. A delivery notice was left. I made a request online to have the parcel redelivered the following week (3 mailing days later) as I knew I would be available all day. On 8/1/2017 I waited for hours and it was not redelivered. I checked my mailbox which is an approved locking box and my mail was delivered with no parcel. Hmmm, called the post office and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally, I talked to Shaun (or Shawn) and he checked the re-delivery basket. Apparently, the carrier was in a hurry to start the route (which I understand) and did not check the re-delivery basket for that route. I desperately needed the medication because I took the last one in the morning. Shaun apologized and asked if I would be home in about an hour or so. I said yes, he indicated that he would PERSONALLY drive to my home and deliver my prescription for me. I am so HAPPY! I could not wait until the next day to make a special trip to another town to pick up my package. I am SO grateful that he was willing to make a "special delivery" for me. He really takes his job seriously just as a small town post office would do for their customers. Please reward him for his customer service, empathy and caring about his customers. He really deserves it. Thank you

Received an email this morning explaining that an attempt to make an Amazon delivery (promised by Amazon no later than 8 p.m.) failed at 9:03 p.m. yesterday...which is NOT TRUE since my son was up and waiting for the delivery. If this is true then... ...why wasn't a notice left on door or in mailbox as the email said would occur? (checked this morning - no mail delivered yesterday) ...why wasn't the package just left? No signature required and we have a large enough package delivery box in our cul-de-sac? ...why no mail for three days when we know there are things that should have arrived? ...why wasn't the mail collection station locked on 12/5 and why did my son and I have to alert all our neighbors in the cul-de-sac to pick up mail immediately? And why was the phone at the Post Office not answered for 2 days -- and the number given for Sumner PO (backup service when BLPO is closed) being their fax machine? You can verify this by contacted the BLPD for a 12/6 report of our contact attempts. Whomever you have delivering to our location (Russellwood) is choosing to skip days at a time instead of adhering to the PO credo..."neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds?" When did our mail delivery change to being at the convenience of the USPS?

I also live in Russellwood, and had the same experience with notification of an Amazon package being undeliverable yesterday. After reviewing the tracking notification, it stated that the package was "out for delivery" around 7:30 a.m. This is the 5th time in the last 4 weeks this has happened, along with the same type of notification from another order prior to Christmas. Our mail carrier rarely delivers on Saturday, and often misses other days during the week too. Also had the same experience with the mailbox being left unlocked (twice this month), and not being able to reach the BL or Sumner post office.

In other cities, there are mail pick-up boxes that you can drive to. Here you go into the small parking lot, find a parking place, get out of the car, and put your mail in the box. Then you have to wait to get out of the parking lot. It's just crazy. Why don't you put a box toward the back so we can continue driving around the post office to get out. Is there any boxes in the town that we can drive to and drop off mail?

What a job to deliver the mail, if you don't want to do your job an do it right, then go do something else, I swear easiest job in the world is sorting mail an delivering it, yet bonney lake mail men an women love mixing up the mail an getting peoples mail lost, not everyone in the world gives or puts other peoples mail back to right owner, no they just throw it away an say oh well mailman fault. an if your too old to do your job then go retire an do what ever it is you do, quit mixing up our mail, go mix up some drinks an retire you old farts.

Last night, a package was suppose to be delivered, and it wasn't. Instead, USPS decided to update the delivery as an attempt to deliver and the tracking number says that a notice was placed somewhere outside. These are both lies, as I was standing outside waiting for this delivery where there was no attempt to deliver, and there is no notice. I wish the system would say "USPS error, delivery rescheduled for tomorrow". That would be better.

My wife and I had this same experience last night. She got an email from Amazon this morning stating that an "failed" delivery attempt was made at 9:30pm yesterday, while my son and I were both up and keeping watch for a delivery. Since Amazon does not require signatures for this item, and since the item was small enough to fit in our "package" boxes at our neighborhood mail station, we know this is a lie made by the delivery person.
