New Garfield Ave mail delivery driver is a lazy ass! Second time in three days mail package was just dropped over fence and left in the rain to get wet. Throws my neighbors pack up 6 ft to the landing or leaves it at the bottom of the step to get rained on. Garfield Ave wants the last delivery person back. No one answering the phone when calling the post office to talk to someone live! I'm sure no one will respond to the review. Post office is really lacking professionalism.

I need to check a shipment for live animal to WA. It supposed to arrive last night 4/25/23

i tried for a month to get thru and finally did today. We are stuck in Az and in the past i could get a temp forward of 1 or 2 times. They do nothing personal for you anymore if they answer. Mail Boxes etc is real close and are only $30 for the same size box for me and mailing services are just as good

Received notice that my package was delivered a couple hours ago and I received nothing!

Calling all morning and cannot get through. Really hard to arrange delivery for a packet placed "on hole" during work hours.

I called but no answer to the post office. I am wanting to rent a P.O.BOX, how much does it cost? This will be used for small parcels. Lori

I’m close to taking my mailbox out, my mail carrier is worthless and does nothing but shove packages in my mailbox, they are a lazy union employee and they don’t care. They should be fired but the postal union never fired anyone. My boxes and the stuff in them are damaged. After 2 complaints nothing has changed. Never in my life have I had such bad service from a mail carrier.

I guess I do not understand why my mail is being forwarded, 2875 Main St, Custer, WA 98240. The mail person could not bring it to the front door? I understand the mailbox being in 2 feet of water was a no brainer, but packages were brought across the lawn earlier this week. I'm handicapped with a hip issue and can make it across the lawn. How much do you pay these "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"

We have been getting our mail just fine for the last 2 years. 3 months ago we get a notice that we need to fill out a change of address form because we are new tenants..? Ok probably not but we filled it out anyway and sent it in. Since then we have been receiving mail for 3 different people. Lost 4 packages and just yesterday the mail man put the key in our box because we had a large package in another box this key would open it…,surprise no package. Blaine USPS get your shit together!!!

0/10 they have been delivering packages to me for over 2 years and they all of a sudden decided to return a 400 dollar package back to the sender because they we to lazy to properly deliver the package would not recommend going through them. And when I called they pushed all the blame to someone else and refused to help figure out what happened

For the last year pkgs are not being delivered to the right addresses and some pkg not at all. But we are getting notice saying pkg has been delivered. Upper Cottonwood beach area

Yesterday I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. Shortly thereafter I received an ALERT saying there was no such address, which is ridiculous, as my name & address haven’t changed. This was a Christmas gift, & it said was being returned to sender??? This is the 3rd unpleasant experience that I’ve had at your Post Office, & I’ve been there in person, twice, & was treated very rudely. I just moved to Blaine & 3 out of 3 negative experiences don’t sit well with me. I have worked in the service industry, treated customers with kindness, & expect the same treatment when I go to an establishment. I won’t come to your post office again, & will go to Custer. I am a very unsatisfied customer. Thank you.

My experience at the Blaine PO over the last fifteen years or so has always been good - helpful, friendly staff at all times. I don't agree with the negative responses below; maybe only impatient folks...

Rude, unprofessional supervisor. Would not give his name, probably because of how poorly he treats customers. Another employee said his name was Rudy. He needs to be demoted, retrained or fired.

The post office is terrible. I have been trying for 2 months to get a mailbox at my new construction home. I've tried calling (no answer), walked in and to no avail. Now I have to take matters in my own hand, and put up a mailbox in a random spot and pray to God the mail gets delivered. SMH. Terrible post office. This is what government programs look like people. USPS is terrible. Even though FedEx and UPS have problems at least they aren't plankton. P.S. Don't try to call them. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I've called every day of the week at various times of the day, no one ever answers the phone. I just want to get my mail.

This post office and the post master are the worst. For years I have been dealing with them not delivering mail not picking up the outgoing. If I have to go to a post office I go to Custer, they have the best service.

I am so tired of lying postal employees. An Express Mail package is not being delivered today because they said they were unable to access location. Lies! Roads are open and clear. Most interesting, the comment was posted 2 hours before my mail was delivered-without my package. So letters can access my location but not a package.?

Extremely frustrated. Upon tracking a Christmas present I’ve been waiting for, the Blaine post office received and had my package for 3 days before shipping it to Spokane. And now Spokane is shipping it back to Blaine. Why you ask, because it was supposed to be delivered to my postal box a block away from the Blaine post office!!

Rude staff! Especially the lady that answers the phone. She will hang up on you without a second thought. Unprofessional, condescending, unhelpful, argumentative. I WILL be cancelling my PO Box there that I e had for over 25 years.

Recently I learned that mail posted in Blaine, WA to a Blaine, WA address still travels 125 miles to Seattle for sorting before being sent back for delivery. Well and good, but a two-week turnaround is unacceptable. A utility bill payment I mailed on Feb. 2 only arrived Feb. 16, just barely avoiding late fees or, worse yet, a cutoff of my electricity and water. The USPS has got to improve on such poor performance if doesn't want to be replaced by a private carrier.

i just had a horrible experience with the call center who is the only way to get help with mail theft, I was put on hold for 60 min. and got a non english speaking person who was rude and could not understand my phone number and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she disconnected me. How on earth re we suppose to get mail service? I will complain to my congress person,

It's human nature to post complaints. I will post the opposite. I move here last year and have taken three trips in which I requested that my mail be held. Each time the process went as it should. I have also received packages that I tracked in a timely manner. I called the office and was always helped by a friendly woman. ...just sayin'.

I had a package at USPS for 3 days that didn't get touched I could see this cause I tracked it and it pisses me off they are that slow. I went to the post office to see if I could pick it up and they said its has need given to the carrier and it hasn't I waited 2 more days before I got my package but didn't. I hope that USPS goes out of buisnness they suck at there job and ups and FedEx are the way to go.

Because of technology and wonderful tracking numbers, I can see that my package arrived at the Blaine, WA Post Office yesterday at 11:04 am. I watched our Postal Carrier come and go in my neighborhood yesterday with no package or mail deliveries to our house. Then again today at 1:45 pm we watched our postal carrier drive right past our mailbox and not even deliver any mail or packages to us again. Basically my expedited shipment has been sitting at the Blaine Post Office since yesterday at 11:04am. This is frustrating to me because it keeps happening.

Why can they not put my mail in my post box. My neighbors are getting important mail like my bank letters, car reg, and other docs. And it has happened more than once. Should there not be some instruction for carriers on how to get it in the right plance?

Package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. On Saturday it finally showed as "delivered," yet it's nowhere to be found. Called this post office 26 times today (during business hours!) and the phone wasn't answered ONCE. Ridiculous!

I've lived at my home for only 5 years. But in those 5 years I'll go without mail service for a few days.... Then all of a sudden the mail box is full of 2-3 bundles of mail. Several times I have had a package "attempted delivery" when I was actually home. No note left saying delievery was attempted. One of thoses times I was outside all day doing yard work when delivery was attempted......... Mine will also honk her horn and not get out. I've tried calling the post office for help with this problem but was faced with someone treating me like it was my fault.

absolutely terrible customer service. these people are more than happy to find any reason to tell people they are on their own with any/all issues of any sort. worst of the worst.

I sent a package from Walla Walla,Wa. It was out for delivery on the 19 ofDec. But never has gotton delivered. It was a Xmas present for my husband from his daughter. Very upsetting.

Is the Blaine post office still on Thanksgiving Holiday? I have had mail in the box since Monday, and yesterday they put the flag down, but didn't pick up my outgoing mail, today, the flag stayed up, no body showed up at all, outgoing mail still in the box ??? December 3, 2014.

There have been a few times that I've had a package that states out for delivery, the date it'll be delivered is that very day, but the package never actually comes that day. Why is that? And why isn't there anything notified under the shipment tracking to notify the receiver that the package delivery date has been changed?

Our mail has been showing up around or after 4 pm on a regular basis. It used to come around 11 am or so, now we don't get our mail sometimes till the next day due to us closing at 4pm.

My wife & I have only found good people at USPS. I refute gripes of others

Super nice guy took time to explain then let me cut the line because i had already waited but needed to address a package. No one rude or nasty (?).

Lost track of my package, which had already been delivered to them by Fedex. I don't know who to blame, but since Fedex gave it to them, I'd say it was in their hands.

The lady mail truck driver is too lazy to get out of her vehicle to walk up the stairs to out house when she needs to drop a package. She either leaves it out in the rain by the road or writes 'loose dog' so couldn't deliver. We do not have a dog and neither do any of the neighbors and there are no homes across the road or on one side of us. I have not seen a dog near our house for 10 years and they just pass on by. Worst mail lady ever!
