To all who left low ratings--please be sure to file a formal complaint with the USPS: https://www.usa.gov/postal-service-complaints I am writing one myself for delivery of a package that was requested to be held at the post office while I was out of town but was delivered to my front door. Of course, the request to hold the package should not have mattered as the declared value of the package was over $1000 and had signature required upon delivery. So unless my porch signed... Then, like almost all others have stated, no one answered the phone when I called and I was left to listen to dial tones until the line cut-out.

I had a package delivered to the front of my garage door at the front of my house. Not my front door which is located close by on the side of my house, but they delivered it to the front of my house in front of my garage door. This is not good at all, especially with all the theft going on. If delivered, as usual, to my front door, then it would not be seen by anyone on the street. I know times are hard but come on. This is not right, especially with the prices we are paying for your service. Please instruct your carriers to have some consideration and please deliver to the front door area of people's home. This was medicine and could have been easily taken. Fortunately, a neighbor saw it and brought it to me. It could have easily been a thief.

This USPS location is a joke. Downright LIE and make random false statements about why they can't deliver: Initially, package marked as "Unknown person or address - returning to sender", then 2 min later it is marked as "person or location unknown", then 6 hrs later the same package is marked "Delivery attempted - driveway not accessible". Note: address is a large condo complex within 3 miles of the Post Office. Nothing blocking parking lot or any issues. Was home the entire time. Other deliveries and mail have been received just fine. Now, 3 days later, the package is marked as "Lost by Carrier - undeliverable". No one answers the phone at this post office - long message, then rings forever, then hangs up. No one cares. Has my package been stolen by the MAIL CARRIER?!? Reading the rest of the posts on this thread, it appears that packages going missing are commonplace. Someone needs to investigate! So frustrating ...

Mt Baker PO might come to the rescue? My Christmas box to family in Hawaii ($70 postage) did not reach them, though the box was packed and addressed perfectly, and the family was home. Eight weeks later I got the box back, but had to pay ($65) to collect it. Now the box of presents is sitting in my house and I am afraid to send it and resent the charges.

Never received my parcel too large for my mail box, A directive asked asked how I want it delivered. One option was delivery to my house and asked for day/date. I checked that box, left the note ine the mail box as directed. I asked for delivery last Saturday. It never arrived, neither on Monday, Tuesday, nor today, Wednesday. What's my option? Do you still have my item?

I am DESPERATELY trying to GET HOLD OF SOMEBODY concerning a package but I keep on getting put on hold for the call to be transferred to an operator only it never is and I get kicked off the line. This is extrelmely frustrating. Could you make it possible for someone to get HOLD of somebody at a post office location please?

I am sick and tired of not getting my packages!! They just downright lie and Mark as attempted delivery, when I am home all day. Or what mostly happens is it says delivered to the doorstep, and is not. Then weeks later it finds it's way to me all damaged, wet etc. They will not answer the phone. I am a prime member and am paying for a service that doesn't get to me. The last package, the address was crossed of and a different address written!!!! Then the person who it was delivered to, crossed off their address, and circled mine(clearly marked on the box). This post office is a joke!!!

This is absolutely the worst USPS location. I have almost every other package lost, not delivered on time or given to another tenant at my apartment complex. I’m also Amazon prime so I am basically paying for a membership with a postal service that ruins the entire point of the membership. I’ve called and spoke to the manager numerous times and they always say they’ll work on it not happening again and then it happens again within the same month. The employees when you call in are rude, short and quick to hang up. I used to live within the zip code of the downtown USPS and never once had an issue. Since I moved to this new location within the year I’ve had enough issues with packages for a lifetime. I’m so tired of waiting a month to receive packages they lose, having other tenants open my mail because they can’t find the right box or having to get packages resent all together. Management here needs to change and they could also use some fresh employees.

Absolutely the worst post office location I’ve ever encountered. Unresponsive, unprofessional, disrespectful & will never deliver packages to the door even after numerous formal complaints and issues will delivery issues with regular mail and packages especially those items being sent from Amazon. They lie stating returned by receiver; item scheduled for redelivery never is redelivered; and many other ongoing issues that never get resolved. My advice is if anyone is expecting to receive any packages or sending packages during this holiday season, DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO USE SOME OTHER FORM OF MAILING SERVICE SUCH AS FED-EX OR UPS BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY WILL DELIVER AS PROMISED- YOU CANNOT DEPEND THAT ANYTHING YOU MAIL OR EXPECT TO RECEIVE BY THE USPS WILL GET TO YOUNOR BE DELIVERED TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT, MORONIC NEANDERTHALS. Signed, Digusted beyond belief........

Sudden Valley resident. I have had so many issues in the last year with packages not being delivered. I get notices in my box that my packages cannot be delivered. Usual issue documented is "No room"; meaning no available lockers in SV. When I go to the post office on Orleans street (which takes me 20 minutes to get there from Sudden Valley), I am met with absolute unprofessionalism by a very rude employee named "Karen". I have had many packages returned to senders because USPS adamantly refuses to find a suitable locker in SV to put them in, or do not deliver them to my house on Sunday's as they used to. I can understand with COVID this may have changed, but this has been going on since before COVID. I am unsure who to take this complaint to as I have placed many complaints for this and damaged boxes/packages, received phone calls back from "Karen" and with no resolution. I wonder if I can decline to have any packages delivered via USPS or change post offices all together? It is a frustrating nightmare with absolutely no resolution.

Very poor service. Calls are responded to with a long message and then transferred to a call which rings for about 5 minutes then goes to a busy signal.

I've been waiting over a month for a package. I guess it's too big for mail boxes. I have to pick up at post office. My doctors recommend me not going into public places due to my Kidney Transplant. I have no one to pick up and they won't give it to me outside.I could pick it up by Mail boxes. Help! June 25, 2020

Post officer worker threaten to not deliver my mail after not letting them use the restroom. Now, they're not delivering dropping off packages and making me pick them up at the post office. I'd appreciate if they just do their job and deliver the mail.

It has been a regular occurrence since our old mail carrier retired to get the neighbors' mail or for them to get ours, but for the first time I've had a package all but disappear. I was literally feet inside the door yesterday waiting for my package at the time that the tracking info says my package got delivered. Well, no such package arrived and all of the neighbors that I've asked said nothing came to their place. I was sitting inside the door that the tracking asserts the package was left at. I am severely disappointed in the mail carrier and I still do not have my package.

Our mail carrier is the worst! She is constantly putting the mail in the wrong box, and mixing up ours with our neighbor. There are 3 boxes total. To top it off she likes to leave the door open on the box and our mail gets drenched! It’s really bad when it’s a customer sending in a payment and we have to wait a few days to let it dry out enough to open the envelope, hoping that no damages were done. She would hold on to our mail for weeks then try and cram it all in the box, and when it won’t fit in, gives us a note saying that if it’s not picked up by usually the next day it will all be sent back and the box rendered not in use meaning because I get off work by the time they close I have to refill out the paperwork. It’s not uncommon to get people’s mail up the road, like WAY up the road, and we live on the Guide. God forbid I’m walking down the road from the bus stop, she’ll almost run me over. Made complaints to the office, nothing happens other than she gets more petty. The woman’s a menace.

Our mail carrier comes in every day with her phone to her ear and talks the whole time she is putting the mail up. I get constant complaints about mail being delivered to the wrong boxes. This is an every single day thing with the phone.
