I ordered a gift for my Granddaughter. I tracked the package to the Williston Post Office as of February 15. I spoke to a postal employee and was told that they are back logged and there is no way they could not locate my package. They also could not provide a time when the package would be delivered. Very frustrating!

I sent my friend a package for her birthday a week in advance and the package has been sitting at this location for 5 days with out any attempt of delivery... I have tried to call many times and gotten no explanation. It awkward I may have to ask her to go out of her way just to get this package when it was supposed to be a surprise gift. Now it will be late and a hassle to her. Beyond frustrated

Absoluteley frustrsted with this Post office. Older woman behind the counter would not send my package media mail. She asked me what was in it I told her. 2 Educational antique cylindrical records. I have shipped these on many occasions media and never had an issue till now. They are educational tools used in the late 1800s and played on antique edison phonograph players. aka small cylinders. She said she would not do it. I explained again then asked her why she said "Maybe you would like to go to another Post office then and try it," in a loud snarky tone NOT FRIENDLY. I replied by asking her if she was denying me the use of my local post office because she disagreed? She then said very loud and obnoxiously "Maybe your part of the new generation of kids that thinks they can get whatever they want." At this point everyone was looking at me, I'm 45 years old gray haired, i'm obviously not part of a "new generation" at all. She asked the other clerk to help me completeley ignoring me so at that point I thought she was done. I Slid over to the other register and the other clerk asked me again what they were. I explained it once again then she stopped helping the new customer and interrupted us starting in again. She completeley ignored her new customer and I saw she was on her cell phone trying to look up something to which only escalated the situation. Now I'm arguing with two of them in front of the rest of the post office like she wanted them to team up on me. Clerk #2 kept his cool and helped me the best he could, but she asked me what they were again after I had already explained it twice to her and once to the new clerk. She then raised her voice louder and said "You show me where it sais in the rules that you can send this media mail. This is after I had already told the new clerk to just send it whatever is cheapest. He began running the transaction but she would not let up. I said to her "Forget it I will just file a complaint with your boss." She said, "That's not the way it works you'll hafta file a complaint online with the usps directly" I said to her "actully I'm part of that 'new generation' that talks to your boss directly." To which she rolled her eyes and said, "Good luck she's out sick today!" anyway this went on for another 10 seconds before I cut her off and said "Your boss will be hearing from me" She waved me goodbye, again with another snarky smile looking at her new customer (the same one she has been ignoring this whole time) In a Talk to the hand manner. I was in the lobby leaving when I heard her laughing loudly through the open door. Our taxes pay their salaries, and this is what our money buys. I'm no Angel I was frustrated as well but that was far from being a pleasant experiance when all she had to say in the first place was I'm sorry let me get my supervisor. This is not the first time I have been treated this way at the WILLISTON Vermont Post Office.

1 out of 10. I cashed a money order and recieved large bills. I then tried to pay for the shipping cost of an item with one of the large bills. They refused to take it, told me to go to the bank to break the bill when I explained no stores are taking large bills anymore. The woman in the register next to where I was kept telling me to go to the credit union. I was then asked if I had a card I could use. Very invasive and unprofessional and downright rude. I will never go back to this branch and start avoiding the usps. I was treated with disrespect and I felt I was a burden to the two employees working registers. This was January 9th at approximately 1135am.

The Williston so-called postal service is a national disgrace! Ben Franklin (my hero) would be utterly disgusted and heartbroken!

This PO is so bad, it is the laughing stock of Vt. Their poor customer service, lack of delivering mail, and lying about your mail is getting old. Their problems should no5 be placed on the back of their customers but it is.

Nothing but problems with the Williston Post Office. They never ever answer their phone, and they always have excuses for their miserable performance for not doing the one thing they're supposed to do - deliver the mail. I just don't understand why nobody does anything about this! Get DeJoy the hell out of the Post Office. He's a horror show.

The Williston office was always a great post office before Louis DeJoy became postmaster general. He has been destroying this once great service. He should be removed immediately!

If this website lists a phone number to call for customer service, then stop rejecting my call and pick up the phone! This is insane.

The mail consistency in Williston is one of the most frustrating issues I have to deal with on a day to day basis. As a business owner, I rely on the mail carriers to pay other businesses that I work with as well as collect checks from my customers. Over the last year, I've had threats from insurance companies, cell phone companies , and utility companies stating that they're not receiving payments in time. My working capital has been an absolute roller coaster, and I can't predict anything reliably. Most of all, I'm wondering if there's a way to file for refunds for the late payments based on the service. I'm really hoping to be able to make ends meet as we continue to wait with baited breath for our mail.

Mail delivered on Friday 11/19 was from the USPS informed delivery from last Saturday, 11/13. I have not received any of the informed delivery pieces of mail for an all of 11/15-19. This level of service is unprecedented in my lifetime. Is there any corrective action planned? Package delivery is another story, they arrive promptly and regularly, we also see deliveries on Sunday's. It appears resources for package delivery have a higher priority than the regular mail.

The Williston Post Office SUCKS! I've been trying to call for over an hour. The phone rings & rings, then hangs up. I've been trying to resolve a misplaced package. Tracking shows its being held at the post office since 10/8 with NO attempts to re-deliver. I rec'd a 'sorry we missed you' card in the mail 10/20, dated 10/18. I left instructions on how to redeliver it, but NO RESPONSE! I WANT MY PACKAGE.

We have not had normal mail delivery since 9/10. Since then we have had a delivery twice. I have a package that should have been delivered last week and I have repeatedly inquired about it and each time they change the date that it arrived at the Williston facility. They won't deliver it or retrieve it so I can pick it up in person. I am beyond disgusted and have filed written complaints with the governor's, senators and usps offices to no avail. They need to get their act together. I wish businesses would stop using usps to deliver packages. They are totally unreliable

For 2 days now we have put letters in the mail box to be collected and have put up the flag. Obviously those letters were not collected nor did we receive any mail. We usually get some kind of junk mail an indication that there hasn't even been a delivery. We live on South road on Tuesday I saw a mail truck drive by our mail box and stop at Caboose lane.

I so wish we could move our business from Williston, as our postal carrier is just the worst. arrived at work on Monday, after it raining most of the weekend, to find the mail box open, and all the mail soaking wet. some days she pushes it to the back, so I can't reach from my car, or she leaves it at the beginning of the box, and then doesn't close it tight. how many times can I complain, or write emails before something is done with this employee ?

Not Picking-Up Mail. Twice this week I have placed letters to be pick-up from my mailbox, and in spite of raising the red flag my mail had not been pick-up; those items were time sensitive and I had to make a trip the next day to drop them at the post office. I wonder if they no longer offer this service or is it the result of neglectful employee....

I delivered a flat envelope to the Williston post office on March 23rd to be delivered to Barre and it did not arrive until April 13th. Is there a reason it should take three weeks to go from Williston to Barre?

we are a business in Williston, Vt. our mail carrier is never consistent, mail is here one day @ 11am, the next it comes after 5pm when we are closed. she is very lazy, she will come into our parking lot, across from the mailbox, sit in the vehicle for a few seconds, then leave, leaving a note in the mailbox, letting us know she has an envelope we need to sign, in the mail box. she knows are front door is locked due to covid, ( there is a note stating to knock as we are inside ), and she won't. I have called about this last year, and she is still doing the same things. IF she does knock, which has only happened once, to give us a pkg, she won't bring the rest of the mail, she w/leave it in the mail box. I asked her why she didn't give me the rest of the mail, she said " it's in the mailbox" and walked away from me. with this world the way it is, businesses hurting from covid, people using the internet more, you would think customer service should be a TOP PRIORITY !!!

My hold mail service is ending on July 27 and I’m supposed to collect it in person. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic related flight chaos, I won’t be able to collect the mail in time. Please advise about alternative arrangements. Thank you very much for your attention.

Is I'll say when I enter the building the service is great and quick. But when I am getting delivered mail it is horrible. For one, yesterday I was home all day, Windows and doors wide open. I saw the mail truck come. Walk from my garage to get the mail. Okay no package, that I've been waiting for. So I go back and a few hours later I get a notification that there was attempted delivery and I should check for a slip. Well we know that that a straight up like. No attempt and obviously no slip. This isn't the first time this has heppened. I'm sure my the women who delivers our mail is just so lazy. She also doesn't even close the mail box, yet does it to our neighbors. Anyway, I wish I wasn't constant getting such bad service.
