Great customer service!!! Whomever is running the PO now is doing a great job!

They provide awful service, are rude and marginally threatening to return packages. I order an item, UPS delivers to post office and I am told they will send it back as they are not paid to do that work. I had a PO box at the Mountain Complex and they gave it to another person the following year and now inform me they will no longer deliver to that set of cluster/drop boxes(RR 1) only solution is to establish a box at the post office itself. They also refuse to do General Delivery unless I am just passing thru...three months in one location does not qualify.
