I mailed a package out of the Hartford VT post office. After it left there the tracking stopped. I went in to see Rosie and she worked on trying to locate it. She got ahold of another employee Joshua and between them my package was located. It had been missing for a month! Thank you so much for taking such great care of your customers!

I have had to keep checking for my package status because the post office can't find my packages. She said it hadn't arrived, however the status said it had? I verified the address and it was correct. I don't know why it was sent back?

I have had very bad experiences at this post office with Rosita the post master. She has claimed that my packages have never arrived while the companies have said the have then we're sent back to them labeled undeliverable. I have had to wait 3 months for packages because it was sent back three times. She is not sharp and bright enough to be there. She needs to retire, or get help. I'm tired of not getting what I order.
