We are vacationing in cavendish vt and my nephew had a package overnighted to the cavendiah postoffice. When he went to pick up the package on12/26 the woman at the post office was rude and said “there’s no package” and slammed the door. As it turns out the package had arrived yesterday as the tracking indicated however the woman sent the package back without contacting us. That type of “customer service” from a US Postal employee is Beyond belief. I will be contacting the Postmaster Generals office and reporting this to them. Unacceptable!!!

The information on this page is 2 years behind - someone really needs to get the proper updated information - there services that are no longer offered and the hours have been reduced by half of what is advertised here. It is a shame to put the incorrect information out there
