I ordered a product from Amazon and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. The USPS tracker said that it was left on my porch. It most certainly was not. It wasn't left in my mailbox, either. Carrier lied about delivering it and now I can't get it because the post office is closed until Monday. I need that product for tomorrow. Tell your carriers to do their jobs and not lie about it!

Went to the post office today. Spoke to a gentleman I had not seen before. I don’t take kindly to all the lecturing he gave me. I didn’t have tape on the envelope, the card was not flat, I needed to be better. I particularly did not like that he insulted where I’m from. Next time have the conversation polite, less judgment, and lecturing. This just really rubbed me the wrong way.

Will you please post when the post office lobby will not be open. It is Saturday at 3pm and it's locked. On weeknights, it's now often closed at 6pm. My job does not allow me to go between 8-4:30. Thx
