We have a new carrier in the Villas at Yorktown. She, and possibly substitutes, will not get out and bring a package to the door if there is any way possible to cram it into a box. Damage has been done to packaging as well as mailboxes trying to get items out. Please.....get out and bring to the door!

This facility is severely understaffed.
Can't call -- no one answers. Had a problem with a package locker key not working. Drove all the way up there (13-1/2 mi. round trip) and was told me to come back the next day for my package. By tomorrow, I will have driven 27 miles for this one package, and I'm not even sure they will have it.

I have tried calling the Grafton Office but no one answers. The postal worker put a package in my mailbox but I cannot get it out from the front. I need this brought to my address. Please do this as soon as possible. Thank you.

You had told me to contact you on my Mail Delivery, and i have to say that I am a little disappointed. on the USPA e-mail that i get daily i was suppose to receive several mails that include a CHECK. Nothing was received at all, I hope to hear from you on this, Please.

Been getting other people's mail. I actually got 3 different addresses of mail Friday. I also believe some of mine has gone elsewhere also. Never recieved a gas bill & a water bill or my decals from DMV . DMV said they were mailed September 29th. Need to get better with delivering mail to wrong addresses.

It would be nice for the mailman to sort the mail and place said mail in correct mailboxes. It would also be nice for the post office to pick up their phone.

I receive mail that is addressed to addresses in California, I receive mail addressed to many of my neighbors, but my mail is being delivered to my neighbors in error and sent back. This is ridiculous!!!

I live at Commonwealth of York apt.the mailman that delivers the mail has been parked in the handicapped parking which is where I have to park.I have asked several times for him not to park there and his comment back is sorry.

I called post office about my package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday by 8pm and never showed up. I got an email today saying it would be here today and it never showed up. I called and gave the man my tracking number and he put me on hold and I’ve been on hold for an hour

Grafton Branch is literally the worst post Office I have ever been to in my entire adult life!!! Their customer service is intentually the worst I have ever seen!! I can in last month and watches them give attitude to customers and not move for anything. Then today my wife got down to drop something off and yet again the rudest ladies over the counter. Sorry but they need to be evaluated. FIRE THEM!!! It’s bad!!

I just checked my tracking number for a package that I was due to receive and the information i got at ebay that it was delivered last May 9 16:03 pm by FedEx and i expected to recieve the package MAY 14. I have not receive this package and almost past 8 days ,please just checked my tracking number 780730211034.

I was supposed to receive a package from Amazon today. I got a message from Amazon that the postal worker was unable to access my front door. That is a little incredible since I received several other packages today on my front porch. There is even a bridge from the road to the sidewalk for convenience. The only way they could not access the front porch is if they are handicapped in some way. Tracking number is 9361289703090078536402. I just checked my tracking number for a package that I was due to receive and the information states that it was delivered on Monday at 3:05 pm. I have not receive this package please investigate tracking number 9400110898424003561061 and verify where it was actually delivered. My mailbox is part of a community mailbox system. If my package was lost how will the USPS replace my lost items.

THIS DRIVER HAS LOST 7 OF MY PACKAGES. TWO WERE RECOVERED AND 5 ARE STILL MISSING. I HAVE BEEN TO POST OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND CALLED TO REPORT EACH ITEM. I AM BEYOND SICK WITH THIS DELIVERER. I CAN'T EVEN REPORT THE ITEMS MISSING BECAUSE THEY WERE LOGGED IN AS DELIVERED. I AM OUT 100'S OF DOLLARS. INCOMPETENT.
