Mail delivery in my neighborhood SUCKS! It’s almost 7 pm and no mail has arrived. Has mail delivery stopped on a Saturday? If so I was not informed. Mail service sucks in Woodbridge, always has. This is why I’ve stopped using USPS for packages. USPS is s joke. I pray mail is privatized because USPD is awful!
Our regular postman Don does an exceptional job delivering our mail. However there are subs who for the last 4 days have not picked up our outgoing mail. Very disappointing. Also our bills are coming late so it has been frustrating taking care of this. Mail comes in quantities instead of in a normal flow. Could you clarify what is going on? Thank you.
I have received 2 messages on 2 different package that was supposed to be delivered. Neither package was delivered. I think there’s a carrier that is a porch pirate. The same thing happen to my son when he ordered from Buy Buy Baby! Maybe there’s a carrier that is expecting and saying the packages were delivered but never was!
I am signed up for: Informed Delivery Daily Digest. When a piece of mail is NOT delivered, i check the box and submit that it was not delivered. Nothing. No response. That piece of mail never comes, no one ever responds. Mail is delivered haphazardly....and the missing mail is NOT junk mail, i receive that. Its medical, job related, bank info. Items i would rather my neighbors not read. Postal Service is not an honorable job any more.
When a temp (not my regular postal delivery man) decides not to deliver my package that was OUT FOR DELIVERY in his/her truck, they post "held at post office at customer request" as the status of my package. This is an absolute lie. He/she delivered two of my packages, but failed to deliver the third package and used the "held" status to cover their nondelivery. I was here--no attempt was made to contact me and they delivered the other packages. Just another way the PO is disguising sloppy workmanship from their supervisors.
They don't deliver packages when they are supposed to. They say an attempt was made and it wasn't, this happens EVERY TIME I have a package. When they do deliver the packages a day or two after they are supposed to they always throw them at the door. I have complained to the supervisor on multiple occasions and nothing is ever done because it keeps happening. They also mis deliver my mail. We are always exchanging our mail with our neighbors, sometimes even a few streets over. Something needs to be done about this location and the rude and lazy carriers.

The tracking status states a delivery attempt was made at 7:49pm this evening. That is a lie. I was standing in my kitchen from 7:00 to 8:10 looking for the mail carrier for my package. This is a very important package and I am outraged that it was listed as “out for delivery” this morning, never came AND the carrier lied about the delivery attempt!!!
