I called regarding why I haven’t been receiving mail in several days, when I can clearly see our carrier drive down our road and five minutes later come back up road again and not deliver anyone’s mail . The lady who answered phone claimed to be the post master andcwas extremely rude and nasty. They definitely need a attitude adjustment. I called with a legitimate concern since I’ve been waiting for a important letter that was sent out on Monday from Harrisonburg Va . I know it doesn’t take that long to receive. Especially when the sender sent a picture of post mark on envelope when it was given to person at post office in Harrisonburg.

They really need to adjust some attitude via telephone in Urbanna. Called with legitimate questions in a civil manor, got nothing but attitude and the lady actually said "is there something wrong with you? Do you understand what I'm saying" like i was her disobedient child. Thankfully I had my nieces around me, otherwise she would have gotten a piece of my mind, and I would have obtained her name and the name of her supervisor. Completely ridiculous, no one should be working for the post office with that mouth and attitude.
