We have our post box here. Small post office, friendly and efficient staff. Much more pleasant than going to the main (closer) PO in Williamsburg.

I had a hold mail on my mail delivery and I was supposed to receive my hold mail on 9/7 and no mail was in my box. I would like to have my mail delivered tomorrow 9/8. Thank You! Don Perkins 9388 Ashlock Ct Toano VA 23168

Ugh - horrible customer service!!! The clear was very unhelpful, could not answer my questions about the best option for sending a simple stuffed animal without a balloon charge being applied to the shipping, and left me standing to wait for her although I wanted to buy a few extra shipping supplies. Bad experience. I miss the lady who used to work here. Never going back to this office again. If this is all who they can find to staff it, they should just close it. There are two other post offices within 2 miles of it.

I have never been treated as rudely as with the young postal cleric at my Toano PO. She is rude, short tempered, arrogant, ill spoken, and impolite with incomplete directions making people feel stupid and uninformed. She actually argues with customers when a simple answer is all we seek. I miss the veteran clerk who was charming and I will not return as this was my third ugly encounter with this young lady who should NEVER serve clients---sort mail and stay out of the public and while at it, remove the ear buds, stop listening to music and serve customers!
