The person working in post office,Sterling leave the doors open. You can see everything mail for the older people and unsafe because it’s still the both doors open. I was calling to the 800 number of the lady told me she can do anything it’s incredible.

Your computer phone answering system is too complicated. It should have a button to talk to a regular human for people that need help.

Whoever was delivering in the Brethour Court region on 12/22 put a small package directly in the middle of the door. I could not see the package when I looked out, so I proceeded to come out. It was just small enough that our storm door cleared it, leaving it where it could be stepped. My heel landed on top of the package causing me to be unbalanced and fall. I now have two bruised and scraped knees, a twisted hip and sore arm from the fall. Packages should be placed where they can be seen from the door, especially if left in the early morning when people are heading out to work, not left where people can get injured.

We have issues with that in our office building. The postal delivery people leave packages in the middle of the walkway even though we have a table right there. It is a trip hazard, but also if people who use wheelchairs or walkers try to use the hallway they will have trouble getting through. The USPS needs to be more careful.
