There doesnt seem to be a schedule to mail delivery, pickup here!! It can be 9am or 8 pm. Ive had mail stolen, and empty envelopes. Not knowing when the regular delivery/pickup is for my neighborhood, means that i do not know what time of day to put mail in my box to go out..

Today, 14 December 2022, accompanied a friend to mail Christmas cards. As cards were of different weights and sizes, we needed assistance. Young woman who assisted us was unbelievable. She was so patient and helpful. She never made us feel like we were a nuisance. She was a blessing!! Only regret I have is that I did not capture her name so I could praise her personally. In this day and age, she is a gem!!

Tried to call to let USPS/SP know that I would pick a package that couldn’t be delivered but they wouldn’t answer their phone. Too bad because I won’t be able to get there for at least one day and wanted to spare them the extra trips. I was called out of town.
