We don't receive mail on a regular basis. As a business not receiving mail can be an issue. The phone number above 540-886-3295 I called and let it ring for 4 minutes straight. No one answered nor did an answering machine pick up. Gave 1 star: for the postal carriers (they are 5 stars), management needs to do better ( -4 stars)

Have not received mail for 3 days. But they picked up mail from my box today which has been there for 3 days. And didn't deliver any of the 3 days worth of mail they have. How can explain that. There is at least 12 items that haven't been delivered over the last 3 days.

1-10-2023 Well here we go again. It's taking 2 days now for mail in my box to be picked up. And no delivery now for 3 days. You send someone to pick the mail up but don't deliver the mail at the same time? Does that make sense? Not to me. Fourteen pieces of mail have been scanned into my informed mail over the last 3 days and none delivered. I use the address for business transactions and no pick-up or delivery does not cut it. This is not the first time for this scenario and probably won't be the last. Ridiculous!

Tracking is showing a package delivered to me at 93 Shaner Ln, 24401 on Nov. 05. Says the package was left in my box. There is something in one of the package boxes but I don't have a key. Strange I have not received mail of any kind for 3 days.
