I had several pieces of mail and a package that was suppose to be delivered today and there was nothing in my box. this happens all the time. if my mail deliverer cannot do his job correctly i will be changing my service to a PO Box. my address is 117 Rustic Hills Drive and i am tired of having to run my mail down.

Good Afternoon !! I’ d been a client to this Postal Office for many years (I lived at Rose Hill for 27 years) and never experienced such lack of customer service in my life. This is the 3rd time I go to mail items and there are 2 young women, afro- American both, that always ask in a really bad manner when provide services. At this point USPS is in no position economically to lose clients due to such poor customer skills. I hope I’m not the only one complaining about these 2 millennials that should be in the back, sorting mail or better yet at someplace else. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get their names but I’m more than available to speak to anybody about this situation. Really hope there’s a Postmaster that will do the right thing. By the way, I’m also a minority as well.

I mailed my package on Feb.9,2017,my postal clerk is very nice ( its just her number that I have on my receipt,32),she told me my package will get to its destination within 6-10 days. The recipient waited for that package till the 12th days,I tracked it down and come to find out that the name on the package doesn't matched the name on the mailing list ,the clerk logged in the name misspelled.....this is very frustrating. Is there any way for that clerk ( 32) to correct it in the computer and give instruction to redeliver the package?
