Never picks up phone On repeated occasions my packages are saying delivered and they are not delivered. Half the time they're in somebody else's mailbox I'm getting very tired of this

This post office never answer their phone. I did a change of address that was supposed to start in 2 weeks and they started it today. My package arrived at their post office this morning and then immediately that put a change of address sticker on it to send to the new address and now I won't get if for another 2 weeks according to the email message. They should be alert and aware of what they are doing.

In the area of the Montford Orange, Virginia, we have not received or had pick up of our mail in over two days. When can we expect to getting our mail and pick ups out of our boxes?

This is the worst service I've ever encountered in any aspect of my life. I never receive any package I order. Never. They deliver my packages to people who keep them or they keep the packages themselves. Do not trust your mail with this office. I repeat. Do not trust your mail with this post office. Never trust them

I have a complaint that needs to be addressed. My mail is constantly being put in another's box. I can never depend on if my mail is lost or someone else has it. Many times others do not return your mail if in their box. Additionally, when you call the post office, no one answers the phone. This is a business and phones need to be answered. The one calling needs assistance in some way and need not be ignored.

I’m not sure if this is where we need to file a complaint but I feel something needs to be done about this. Tonight at 10 o’clock as my husband is leaving out of our driveway he sees the United States Postal Service package at the bottom of our driveway thrown in a pile of leaves. I went out there to see what it was, it was a package someone had sent us, a very expensive package. It’s not acceptable for packages To be slung at the bottom of a driveway much less in a pile of leaves and perishable we had no way of knowing that that package was down there today.
