Deeee-sastrous!!! I am embarrassed for the people who pretend to work in this building. Soaking up other people's money twice a month in direct deposits to their checking accounts, you would think these people would have some sense of decency and try to be competent. This USPS location on E. Little Creek Rd. in Norfolk is an embarrassment to an already humiliated organization called the USPS. The USPS is losing BILLIONS, and losses are twice as high as the incompetents in the USPS projected (shocker). These USPS employees are the pitiful people who refused to do the work to earn an education while the rest of us were working our butts off and sacrificing in our young lives. Now these mentally and emotionally underdeveloped incompetents are parasites off of the rest of us. These people still refuse to do the work daily to be considered professionals. Pitiful. The USPS is another example of why organizations must ONLY hire and promote based upon competence. No other characteristic other than competence is to be considered when hiring or promoting. Otherwise, organizations collapse and become another disaster like the USPS. Talk about a shortage of competent workers in our nation currently.

The LC page post office is the worst absolute worst waste of federal tax money … they need to close that place down … this is where you find the laziest the worst personnel… the carrier herself self is horrendous skips days … I get bundles of mail … I have gone through everyone in that office, including the postmaster for that office, trying to get things taken care of I’ve been promised repeatedly that they will even send a separate vehicle if they have to… don’t bother trying to call them on the phone because they will hold the phone off of the receiver for 40 to 45 seconds and then hang up on you… that’s if they bother to even answer the phone … you’ve got to try calling them during crazy off hours and when off hour personnel get tired of listening to the phone ring they might answer it … of course they might also think it’s just friends calling and that’s why they answer it … once again my stuff reads “attempted to deliver” but I have to go up to the post office. I am a senior who is wheelchair-bound and was at home and no one came here to try and deliver the mail … there weren’t even footsteps anywhere in the snow … now the sidewalk is is shoveled so it can’t be that they’re afraid to step in the snow, but behind my car they would’ve had to have footsteps and there were none … they lie blatantly lie and I defy them to say anything else … they lie … the federal tax dollars that are spent on that office exorbitant and wasted tax dollars you can try calling the one 800 customer service and they’ll tell you how they’ll send a message out to the office the local office but nothing nothing ever comes of it don’t bother going in there to try and send things they’re snotty dirty yes I did say dirty standing there representing the US post office wearing filthy dirty uniforms, dirty hands, looking like they were dragged in from the gutter and lazy absolutely lazy - acting like they’re doing you a big favor -avoid that place like the plague!!! I would love to see that place torn down And they reassess the ZIP Code areas that the other stations handle they would do much better and the mail would be delivered and taxpayer money would be saved

The incompetent person (and obviously he can't read or sort mail properly) continues to deliver other peoples mail to my house. I highlight the correct address and add a note to please read the address and pay attention to his job. For the third time in the last two weeks he has miss delivered. The last one was on Monday (24th). belongs two doors down. I again highlighted the address and put a note about his inability to do his job correctly and put the envelope out in my box.. he has refused to pick it up and correctly deliver it.. today he jammed my mail in front of the envelope so I know he knew it was there. I know I could take the envelope down to my neighbor but that is not the point... this idiot gets paid high dollar for a job he is obviously not qualified to do and I am not going to do his job for him! No luck yet getting someone to answer phone at Page Station either!

Absolutely unacceptable service. I HAVE to be treated with total disdain to ship military packages with customs docs. Today I was sent away after waiting for 20 mins. The clerk said it wouldn't let her enter the information...she didn't know what was wrong, I'd have to go to another post office. Classic don't know, don't care postal worker. Wouldn't answer phone when I returned home to speak with Postmaster.

I would like to let you know that the young lady who delivers our mail is the best. She is quick and accurate and does not waste time. She is enthusiastic and I can tell she really wants to work and keep her job. I hope she is a permanent employee because the Post Office needs more employees like her. She will move up quickly with her motivation to do the job beyond well.

Horrible-Maybe 6 mos I called main # and received a call from Page Mgr who was new. He assured he'd take care of us receiving other folks' mail or carrier NOT taking outgoing. After apologies, song and dance, things went fairly well for a few months. I just opened my front door and birthday cards for my son were still clipped to front of box meaning the carrier had to reach over my outgoing mail to put today's mail in my box. I wished USPS would just close up and let a private enterprise take over!

When did postal carriers stop taking outgoing mail from mail boxes? Or do they get to decide when they will or won't take mail. For the third time, I left outgoing mail sticking out of our mailbox, which is mounted next to the front door. For the third time, the carrier came up the ramp and went back down WITHOUT taking the outgoing mail. This has only started since our former carrier retired and we've gone through a string of new carriers. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A CARRIER TO TAKE THE OUTGOING MAIL?

Wondering how many people in North Camellia Acres are not getting mail on a regular basis? My neighbor and I have not been getting daily mail for some time, even though email states mail is coming that day? Will go to post office if none received today to see if they have any answers.

I have not received mail for 2 days - this is not unusual !! Appears from the reviews of 23518 post office, the issues have not been addressed. However, the staff is finally friendly (after 20+ years)

I had the pleasure of working with postal employee Jay last week (July 2017). He is amazing! Very high energy, knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, and speedy as heck. I hope he never loses his enthusiasm. He makes my visits to the post office fun.

This is the worst post office ever! They have horrible customer service, the site manager never owns up to their mistakes. I have only had mail routed through this post off for the past 6 months and they have lost more of my packages in 6 months than I have witnessed in over 40 years. By the way, when a package goes missing it is always the customer's fault, according to them. I have never experienced a post office this bad!
