I am emailing concerning the delivery of mail. I have not received mail in 2 days. Expecting important mail. Saw the mailman at the pickup box talking to another mailman. Me and other residents have not received mail.

I ordered a purse from QVC and according to the tracking information it went to Newport News post office and got lost. Please let me know if you find it. It actually says package was void. QVC said that means it was lost.

ref tracking # 9274890158157675393384 Ordered medicine from VA Med Ctr. Meds arrived at 23602 post office on 10 Aug. Mail should have been place in general delivery, and was checked on the 10th and 11th. However it was forwarded to some place unknown on the 11th. Supposedly, Hiddenwood may have it. I am out of meds and the post office don't know where it is or they are not telling me. I'm sure this is a simple fix but in the mean while I don't have any meds.
