Everyone is right, ever since Lowell left, this post office is absolutely horrible. The customer service and the attitude is totally unacceptable. I wish higher-ups would do something about this.

We use to have a nice post office then Lowell left and it went to the dogs. First complaint last October I was in GERMANY and had a package sent To United States well the post office never notify me it sat in the post office for a week after many call to Germany they track in down said it was sitting there for a week. Also I was never ask to sign for it.Second time a a a problem was in April of this year I ask the teller to up mail for 33 day and she said it would be sent back after 30. Well today I put in a hold mail and that same teller was sarcastic.I always go away for 5 or 6 week at a time and when Lowell was there never had a problem .So I no you only hold for 30 days but if your ask for a few more day why can’t you .I paid for my P.O. So why doses this lady be mean. My daughter is a supervisor in a large post office in FLORIDA and wants me to complain to higher up.

i think there is a difference between the numbers. i pay a lot of money for next day deliver for this to happend all the time. my neighbor is getting my mail in his box and the package says my aparment number not his aparment number. this is NOT professional. if anything goes missing or stolen, i hold you post office responsable for anything because of your lack of professionalism and the ability to do the job right. it is your duty to do it right. there should be termination and warnings about this. AMAZON is charging me for a good service and you are not doing your job right. i promise you, the employees you have right now are tired of doing that job. we need young people who can remember things. there is no more motivation in your current emplyees. hire young people. the expectation are higher than expected but you are NOT mettings this expectation and they are basics expectation. please deliver the product right. do read the name assuming make sure it is right. ALL THE TIME.

Entered in the computer that no one was home and that there was no secure place to leave package BEFORE they even started delivering the mail. I’m disabled and fed up with notices being left ALL THE TIME when I am home right inside the front door 95% of the time. Mail carrier is just too lazy to get out of vehicle. Going to ask the postal inspector to investigate this time. This is nonsense!

Great Customer Service, thank you Lowell! I called from Texas to have them hold a package that was to be delivered. Due to dogs, I understand why the carrier does not want to get out of their vehicle. They were very accommodating in holding the package so it could be picked up. They were very pleasant and I appreciated their customer service!!
