8:32 PM, Small Package (size of an envelope) NOT delivered USPS delivery expected 12/17 was not delivered - stated, "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible.” I got up at Sun rise this morning and walked to mailbox. I have a wide driveway and easy to see, nothing was blocking and had lots of flood lights which lit everything up at 8:30 PM when they said they tried to deliver. It was raining but, no effort was made! Package is small enough to put in mail box, didn’t happen.

I know the carriers do not go out of your office now but pass this on to them. I live on Rockhill Road. I ordered Diapers for my daughter and with tracking # 9400109206094903706917. My order did not arrive at my house. It says delivered at 2;01 Tuesday 4/18 and my mailman came at 5;30 tuesday. I got the item on sale and now it cannot be replaced at the same price. . How hard is it to Read 4490 Rockhill Road

I sell on eBay, and I put packages in my mailbox on Monday morning (9/20) before 11 am and the flag up. I looked on Tuesday, and the flag was still up and the mail was still in the box. Yesterday (2/22), I put packages in the mail box by 10 am and put the flag up, and this morning, they were still in the mailbox. This is not good for my business. I don't understand what is happening and why it's happened twice in the same week. I hope you can get this fixed. Thanks Malinda Trollinger

What happens if envelopes comes unglued and gift card fell out in drop box? Do you have a box for such lost & found? It probably was deposited on 10/21 at the drop box on Mechanicsville Tpke. around 2:30pm.

We moved to Mechanicsville in November 2019. We have visited the P.O. off 360 several times and I don't know why, but the staff is always so matter-of-fact, to the point of almost being rude. I understand they're under a lot of pressure now, but this was before the virus ever came. Maybe it comes from the top down, but something should be done about the grumpiness. I'm going to start going to a different P.O. because I've tried to engage and compliment the different ones I've come into contact with and it's always the same thing. No friendly response whatsoever.

This is ridiculous. Mechanicsville Va. Post Office phone number just rings and rings then goes to like a facs machine. What's with this. Even called Atlee who were as helpful as they could be but had the same phone number 559-1653. Been trying to call for 3 days. Found out finally thru my own research that were trying to deliver to wrong address? Even wrote pkg was delivered then crossed out and said un-deliverable. No I guess my pkg is setting in the "dead" zone. Tried US Postal Service and on hold, hold and more hold. Left my phone number and not heard from anyone yet. Am I surprised, Nooooo! You would think with all the people using on line services more and more they would up the quality of mail delivery/human contact to more secure their jobs. This is not the first time I have gone thru this but sure wish it was the last. Will cut back even back with their services now. Too tired to fight them any longer. Would like to get the items that I have paid for though. Oh well, another service that may soon bite the dust. :(

I received a Sorry we Missed you slip because my mail carrier is too lazy to get out of his vehicle to bring my package to my door. This has happened more than once. I have also told them numerous times that they keep delivering mail to me that is not for anyone in my house hold. It is hard to believe how worthless these people really are. thank you for not delivering my package!

USPS deliver expected 6/24 was not delivered - because "carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package".....DIDN"T HAPPEN. We were home at the time specified. We don't live in a gated community. We have received many deliveries in the past. We have a front door with a covered porch. No one came by. Just assuming the carrier had other things to do rather than delivering mail. Hope you didn't pay him/her.

I am constantly not getting my mail and when I do see the mail person she is just cruising down the street not even stopping at houses, I have been waiting on a package for days and I know the mail has been running since Monday! when I called yesterday they said oh it's out for delivery today and still did not get it. Ever since we got a new mail person it has been ridiculous!

I visit this location in Mechanicsville weekly and each time I'm helped by the tall woman with white hair she is extremely rude. She never smiles, asks how the customer is, or shows any type of positive affect at all. She seems completely miserable and it makes for an uncomfortable experience.
