We have not received any mail since the last week in April and the problem is ongoing. Weeks into this the post office/specific carrier acknowledged the mistake but no one can find our mail. I’ve offered to come pick it up. We have missed several graduation events but more importantly I have checks floating around the world. I would like to know where my mail is and how I can get it. Our carrier for our route has been informed and acknowledged the mistake but no mail to be found. I’m sure folks in the post office are just as frustrated as felt by their tones of voice when I call but most of the time no one answers.

I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I was there to mail a package and the postal worker was spewing her political agenda loudly as she weighed my package. This made me very uncomfortable and this is not acceptable behavior for a federal employee.

We have not received any mail from the last week in May til today. We are sending an employee to our local post office and we receive very little mail. We would like to know where all our insurance checks etc., are. We have a tremendous amount of mail missing and don't understand. Not having a carrier for our route doesn't mean our mail shouldn't be at our local post office. We definitely need the postal service to be revamped. Terrible for businesses No one picks up our outgoing mail!!!

Why didn't we have mail delivery on Tuesday? I understand that Monday was a holiday but guess Tuesday was also. Our mail delivery is getting later and later.

Our Mail seldom ever is delivered before 3pm. It's closer to 5-6pm. Then it's just ads and junk. I have lived here 7 years and the first year we had Mail by lunch time. I think the postal delivery people are wasting time or can't read! How did they get a job? Why has the postal service declined so much! Terrible service!!

I've been out of town for a month and put my mail on hold. This post office screwed up my mail hold and kept delivering. I came this morning, Saturday, to pick up the rest of my mail and they were closed. And you wonder why people are so dissatisfied with with the postal service.

horrible post office, for the 3rd time in a few years something that is time sensitive that i paid extra postage for priority mail did not arrive in time to the person. priority mail mailed on tues did not arrive by sat, that is 4 days & it is supposed to be 2 or 3 days. but when you call to ask about package all they can say is sorry not guaranteed. never again will i rely on the post office, no wonder they are going bankrupt.
