I have had more times than I even wanna say BUT When it comes to packages being delivered to my address there I have been so many times I don't receive them on time because an issue accessing my home. It's no way that this is the truth 1) I have 2 different accesses to my home 2) My home is literally 30 yards from the mailbox 3) My mailbox is directly on the road so the carrier would have to pass it going by. Then to top things off my mail took 1 1/2 months to get where it was intended to go. It seems as no one wants to do there jobs anymore!!

I want to speak with the Post Master about the CONTINUAL (FOR YEARS) issues with my mail/package deliveries going to the wrong addresses. I’ve tried calling and nobody answers the phone. If someone does not return my call, I will be filing a formal complaint l, and will keep filing them, with the U.S. Postal Service until this issue os corrected. I will also contact the Governor’s Office if necessary. This is NOT a joking matter in my specific situation. This my last attempt lically to try and get someone to contact me to get these issues resolved. Please call [number removed].

Was expecting 2 packages today. One was delivered to my neighbor with my mail. The second is "out for delivery". My thought is it should have been delivered with my other mail. It is impossible to speak to a human to explain the situation. All I get is it is "out for delivery" and depending on what I'm looking at will be delivered by 7:30, 8:00, 9:00. My guess is I'm not getting this. Having a dinner party tomorrow and need this item!!!

I appreciate my local postal service and the effort they have put into delivering the mail especially these past couple of years, but today I was deliver a package that was just left on my lawn and not on the doorstep like usual. I understand having a bad day and not feeling like doing anything, but if the customer has paid for a package and the postal worker is getting paid. It would always be appreciated by me to see the postal worker to do a good job.

This is the 3rd time that I haven't received my package when they claimed that they delivered. I know it was weather on Saturday but today is a new day. Snow and ice is gone. This package can't fit in the mailbox so don't say that you left it there. Where's my package?

I mailed a letter to a certain person in Louisa, Va. I had the P.O. number off by one number. The last name was very clear. That person has been receiving mail for twenty years in this box. I mailed the letter December 1,2020 and it was return to me January 9. 2021. How large of a Post Office can Louisa have with aprox 1500 people living there. Poor Service.

9/19/20 Different postmaster, same problems. Mail put in wrong boxes constantly. Receive notification my pantry order (food) was delivered at 11:45 am on my porch, sitting next to open door can see anyone walking by since 8 am. Box not out there, walk the neighborhood not at any of the neighbors either. Call post office for 3 hrs before they pick up, they say postmaster had this area and he will come over in an hr. So 3 hrs later Chris comes instead. She says they don't know where it was delivered because postmaster can't remember if he delivered to this complex. I ask don't you know who delivers to which areas, she says no they don't know who delivers where??? Woa, is this the height of incompetence or what! Guess the post master wanted to go home or something since he didn't bother to come over as I was told he would, especially since it may jog his memory if he had delivered here today or not.....I guess the food for a senior citizen they lost is just not that important to postmaster Mike. Chris says to call Monday, I would like my food ...canceling my order means my money won't be available for 3 to 4 days.....Nightmare @Louisa Post Office goes on and on....

On 25 Jan 2019 I mailed two checks by putting them in my mailbox and raising the red flag. One was to Shell Oil the other to Amerigas. Neither was delivered and I received late notices from both. Can my letters be tracked in any way, and how can I aviod this situation in the future?

This post office is the WORST. I paid for a car seat to be delivered to my house so that I could, you know, actually drive places with my daughter. It has been OVER A WEEK SINCE DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OCCURRED AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR SEAT. I received a notification of redelivery, which I promptly filled out and selected that the item be delivered as soon as possible and that no further signature would be required. That night, my mail lady knocked at my door after dark around 6:15pm and stated that the package was so large that no other packages could be put in the truck. I'm sorry, but that is NOT MY PROBLEM. I have no way to pick up the package from the post office, and I PAID FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE BROUGHT TO ME. It has been 8 business days since, and THE PACKAGE IS STILL MISSING. I call the post office and get either a busy signal or no answer. Apparently no one in Louisa actually works? This merely solidifies the public's absolute DISDAIN for the post office and all their workers. YOU work for US. You are a PUBLIC SERVANT, AND WE PAY YOUR SALARIES. How about you actually EARN it?!?! After surviving a 15 minute automated tree on the national USPS phone line, I have supposedly rescheduled delivery for tomorrow, but I have BIG, BIG DOUBTS that it will actually arrive. I will note that I have never had an issue with our mail lady prior to this. She has always been really sweet and packages are left safely in the carport, away from the elements. But this instance more than makes up for that in the worst way possible.

I had a two day priority package which is now day 3 and the time is now 6:25pm. What is going on with mail delivery? I'm new and just moved here and always received my mail around 2pm. I'm 6 miles from main street and the post office. I would like for someone to contact me with an explanation!

Last weekend our postal service cram full of mailbox to the point I had to fight a box off and then drive up our driveway to drop the remaining box and letters off, throwing them in front our of garage door in bad weather not yet bothering to come to the covered porch or run the doorbell.
