I have lived here for 15 years. I have always had packages left at the mail box because you will not deliver to the residence. The mailbox is almost one quarter mile from the residence. I have only had I package in all the time lost. Now I have had two packages stolen in one month. Tracking number 9405508205497661774452was supposed to have been delivered on 5/18 but is missing. I hope this is not a rising trend of theft in our neighborhood. Maybe you should have a special deliverer to deliver just packages to residences.

Phone is never answered, always busy/off the hook, rude employee who tried to tell me what the process was, and where my parcel "might" be and how things were when "they" not only reported in the system that I needed to pick up a parcel and that a slip was left, but that was not the case. I found out by just checking the USPS website on sheer hunch. If they would stop talking and listen to the customer, it might help, but no, they have to know everything, and then assume you know where parcels of different origins are kept in their building? "You didn't tell me it was from overseas" and that's my fault? If you don't have a tracking number and willing to stand your ground on the issue, they are not willing to help you. Very poor attitude.
