I received a message from Amazon stating that a package could not be delivered but was at the KG post office waiting for me to pick it up. I called the post office and learned that it was unclear as to where the package was. I was very pleased with how 'Christina' handled my problem. She was polite, sympathetic, efficient, and what I liked best was that she made my problem her problem. I don't expect perfection from the post office or anyone else, but I really appreciate it that when there is a snafu, those responsible own the problem. A couple of days later the package arrived. 5 stars!!

King George Rt3 post office just don't make any since I've been here almost 4 yrs and the post office keeps locking me outta my postal post office box and don't understand why I keep getting lock out I haven't received a bill saying I'm pass due or if there's anything do on it why does this keep happening ? Doesn't make any since

i have a package that says its in-transit and that its on the way to the destination but i havent recieved it. its been two days now and i need my package asap

I’m not even lived here two years and I’ve already had four packages to the wrong address. Twice people of been nice enough to give me my package after it arrived at their house by mistake. But twice now I’ve basically not receive my package at all I don’t know who has it and it’s just money gone for me. I moved here from a city with a lot more residence and I did not have these problems. So I was very surprised when I got to rural area where there is fewer residents that this happens so frequently. I pretty much am sending my packages to my parents house now because they don’t have these issues with their post office and I can actually be assured that I can get my package that way.

I do not understand why certain postal workers do not take the time to deliver packages to the correct address, but will take it upon themselves to return the packages to the sender with out the residents consent! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I know the package I got today said my name on it and the address but underneath it has a different address on it. This isn’t the stuff I ordered either so you mixed up the boxes

I am not sure why they would do this, but I just got a package delivered to my house, and instead of putting it by the door... they put the box on my brother's nice car and scratched it. I doubt he will do anything, but he is out inspecting it right now and flipping out saying he is going to sue for the damages.

Time and time again my packages dont get delivered to my home, despite the tracking claiming to be "delivered". Typically amazon orders, they often get sent to another address not at all similar to mine and not even in my neighborhood. This is unacceptable. I have never had this issue anywhere else I have lived. Fix it.

Well my son is on disability because he has cancer anf his check has been put in the wrong box the last two months and it was NOT in our box again this month. So I tried ALL morning to call this location and all morning all I got was a busy sound. And this is what I always get. The boxes it was put in previously but those people knew us and gave it to us however we do not know alot of people here so I can only pray who ever got it this month returns it. I did contact the main post office in Richmond about this because I have tried several times to go to the post office and talk with them but they ALL are very disrespectful and VERY rude. Someone needs to get this post office together and get employees both in the office and properly train the mail carriers. This place us just a bunch of people who get paid to do a job but instead they just collect a check and make it a horrible experience and inconvenience to alot of people. I sure hope something is done and I will continue to call Richmond until they get this place together.

I am very displeased always with the customer service at this post office. The tellers are always unpleasant and rude. I get there before 12pm (their lunch-- which the lady made that very clear), I was the only one in line waiting to be called up for service. While waiting the lady at the desk was asking everyone is it 12 yet because that's their lunch. I was only one waiting and it wasn't 12 yet, and it seemed that she wasn't going to help. Very rude sorry I was a inconvience to you! Also when I FINALLY got helped I asked could I get a mail receipt for my package, and she says, "we already know that-- that's why people come here". Thanks I didn't know...
