Tried to call 757-262-4850 but one ever answers the phone and the mailbox is full! I stated that other neighbors mail is delivered to me on 1/11/24 and now I am getting dead mice on my front porch! What message are you trying to make?

The mail person that delivered the mail 01/11/2024 on 3800 block of Victoria Blvd. Hampton, VA gave me one letter and six letters addressed to my neighbors down the street. The letters had names on them. I am so tired of delivering the mail after the mail person delivers the mail! I need to go the branch office and collect my pay!

Thurs. Nov 2, 2023 on Boeing Ave. Hampton Va. at approximately 6:20 PM. Postal van was going far to fast heading to King street. This is a one block distance. The carrier couldn't not have gain much time maybe 10 sec at the most. Yet the speed was a danger. My step daughter arrived 5 min. later and notice a postal truck coming back down Boeing from King street and she commented on how fast the carrier was going. Again a 1 block distance, This is a 25 mph zone. Speed was clearly in excess of 25 mph.

Just putting this here so when one of the employees is arrested for stealing packages, I have some proof here. 3 international packages were supposedly delivered 8/31 @11:31 am. The mailman didn't even deliver mail to my or my neighbors homes. Security cam proof.

I was supposed to get a check (very large check) on Saturday, Aug 26 23. It showed up on the Daily Digest on Saturday. Nothing. I report it missing. It shows up again on today's Daily Digest. Nothing. I call the Aberdeen Main office and it says the voicemail box is full. Try again later. Really, is this a way to run a post office? I'm losing money for each day this check does not show up.

I purchased a home from a woman named Stephanie in March of 2022. Her last name is very different from my last name. Apparently the post office only reads first names because they are forwarding my mail to the former home owner and have been for 15 months. I have not received wedding invites, tax forms, graduation announcements, christmas cards, checks, insurance forms, etc. I am sure many people with common names like John buy and sell homes from each other. Not sure why this post office can't get it straight after I have made 9 service request complaints.

I am making a complaint in regards to the mail carrier that came. She was extremely nasty and rude after trying to get general information. She would not provide her name ,informed me don't worry about her name and drove off .Multiple neighbors witnessed it. This was extremely unprofessional and I want to make sure this young lady is reported. I have the truck number 0233558 or 0233568 it was rather faint

I believe you’ve got a problem with carriers in the Northampton 23666 area, I recently ordered a package and when tracked, it left your facility and was out for delivery but never showed up, it was also never returned to the sender, it simply disappeared after it got on the mail truck. Secondly we have received several greeting cards in the last couple of weeks, and the bottom back corner was torn in the same way on all of them as if someone were looking to see if they contained cash or gift cards, they didn’t. If it was only one card I wouldn’t think much about it but it was 4 different cards received on 4 different days. I live on Patrician Drive, you may want to vet whoever handles the mail for my area, that’s bad business

Priority Mail Express was sent to USPS on Aberdeen Rd, Hampton,Va with specific instructions Hold For Pickup at the post office because of secure documents. Mail was delivered to my son's house who just happened to be home when mailman put envelope on porch and dog started barking. Not happy instructions was overlooked about not delivering to the address which was for ID purposes only!!!

Why is it I have requested several times to not have the postal workers cut diagonally across my lawn and they still do...it's disrespectful, I have three signs and one on the mailbox requesting that they do not do that, and today She did it again!!! Jus rude! STAY OFF MY GRASS!!

We have not been getting our mail here at our business 1110 W Pembroke Ave Unit 8C Hampton VA 23661 Every other week we have a different driver. We need to get something done about this problem some of the drivers walk around like they are lost when we have signs over our doors out here. They put other companies mail in others boxes and mail of businesses that no longer are at the address. Not very professional or attentive to what they are doing. Just a mess. We have been looking for mail for over 2 weeks now and still nothing. This has to stop and to be fixed as soon as possible I will be reaching out to the post master general of DC about this issue if its not resolved soon

I never get my packages. They always claim they attempted the delivery but was unable too. I have security cameras aimed at the street that proves no mail trucks came when they claim they did on the tracking updates.

Dear Sir. We have not had mail delivered for going on five(5) days. I have several rental properties on my street and all have Ring cameras that cover up and down street, and after our community meeting last night it was brought up that NO mail has been delivered to over 20 families on my street and all the cameras tapes have been reviewed showing not a mail truck been seen since Saturday. We have contacted NBC news station WAVY 10 and Andy Fox is coming to do story. Hope you have answers why medicine and tax checks have not been delivered. I have not received mail for two days which totals 15 pieces including some checks and financial statements. This is the 3rd day and it is almost 5 pm. I was once told that everyone had to be back at the post office by 5 to avoid overtime. PLEASE can't you reverse the routes or something so we can receive our mail.

This is 2nd days of the postmaster did not picking up the mail and am just had it enough, so I reported Headquarters in Richmond to file complaint that you all are not doing good job. This is 7th time you have done same things. It is time for you to check on ur postmaster to do the job or FIRED them. If I see one more time then I will do something about it.

Thursday July 16th I got a notice that USPS attempted to deliver a package that was to big to leave at my door however I was home and no one knocked on my door. I had to go online and schedule to have it redelivered the next day Friday July 17th no updates on tracking at all stayed home all day nothing came next day Saturday the 18th checked tracking no update stayed home all day nothing called the 800 number all they could tell me is it was scheduled for the 17th at 8:30am on Sunday July 19th received a email from the post office that my package was scanned on the truck for delivery by 8pm that day so i stayed home all day and once again nothing. So here it is Monday July 20th the 4th day staying home waiting on a package with no update on tracking no delivery no answer at the post office and I'm beyond pissed. This is exactly why I don't use USPS for shipping they are terrible!

I order a product from qvc and the post office lost the package. Even qvc can not find the package. It is going on 2 weeks. NEED TO DO BETTER. TRAKING INFORMATION IS NOT KEEP UP ON CUSTOMER PACKAGING. SAD.

Why haven't we received mail or circulars in 2 days

Customer service is very bad here. You get redelivery notices that you can not check on or get redelivered by all info on tag. When you call you get a recording that nobody must listen to as you might get a call days later or never. When you go in and present things it is like a inconvenience to them to do anything. I have to go there now again as somebody shipping something made a mistake on postage but can find the package on line to redeliver or fix as usual and we will see the attitude this time.

I have received 2 letter opened on the sides. Both from insurance companies. 1 progressive the other Optima. Recvd today 7/17/2019. They appear to be opened with a letter opener, very clean cuts. Shell rd hampton VA

My mail was sent from DC on 19 January 2018 it says it'll receive by Tuesday I need that letter before 24 which ia today And still waiting

I sent a pkg. to granddaughter on 8/6/17 was told it would be there by 8/9/17, It arrived 2 days shy of a month stamped delivered without contents. I have called so many numbers getting the run around from Va.and Az. Was told a claim form would be sent to me still haven't received it. I have called the supervisor, his voice mail is full has been for over two months. I would like to get my refund for shipping and insurance, what do I have to do if no one helps from the PO. Since this incident I refuse to send anything in the mail now. What is going on at these Post offices?

I’m so upset. My Christmas present for a family member said it was still in route a few days after Christmas, now showing it was delivered, which it wasn’t and I was home so there’s no way it was stolen and I know for a fact they never came. So I filed a missing package claim and almost a week later, still haven’t received a response as to where it’s at. Recently ordered a package which was supposed to be here today and, of course, it’s not. Sometimes I get my items, other times I don’t. Beyond upset. Boyfriend has also had a time there last month when picking up an item and they said he couldn’t, but we live at the same address, so he proved it through showing his ID, and after being harassed, he was finally able to pick up my dang tee shirt. SERIOUSLY USPS?!

Today mail was not delivered in the 23669 area again!!! What the hell is going on? Isn't this a federal offense when mail is not delivered daily? I understand federal holidays, but THIS IS NOT A FEDERAL HOLIDAY!!!

Horrible service for YEARS both in person and phone (which is never answered).

Worst service ever. I have not received mail in 9 days without an explanation. Apparently, this post office does not deliver mail or receive calls because the phone mailbox is full, but my mailbox is empty. I am going higher because this is unacceptable.

We too are not getting any pickup or delivery!! Not the first time this has happened! Cannot reach anyone at the Aberdeen PO - mailbox full. What can we do??

Today is Tuesday, May 16th, our mail has not been picked up or delievered since Wed, May 10th. I tried to call the Aberdeen office and got a voice mail that the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. What is going on? Someone please deliver our mail.

Doesn't anyone answer phones - Minnesota is the worst - trying to solve a problem dated back to 12/27/2017 - next step will be the news station solving problems they always get quick response! - Package never received by the person mailed to nor did the people living there receive there belated Christmas gifts in this package. I am NOT even receiving my mail, yet "someone" is sending my mail back as "does not live here". I have gone in person, myself, directly to the Post Office at 809 Aberdeen road in Hampton, Virginia which I have been told time & again is the P.O. Is need to go to about problems with my mail. I went to the post office on Aberdeen road a little less than a month ago. I talked to 2 different people about this situation & I filled out a form they gave me. Today, a postal carrier asked my 21 year old niece who lived at my address because the mail is being returned "does not live here" still. My niec told her Vicki Campbell, Casey Rowe & Destiny Rowe live here, but we are not even GETTING THE MAIL TO BEGIN WITH. This is all true.
I have NO IDEA what is going on. I have lived here for 16 months now and this just started happening about 3 months ago. Nothing has changed, but I have done everything & talked to several Postal workers to try to get this situation resolved. Someone is getting my mail & returning it "does not live here". This has caused problems with my checking account, my life insurance, credit cards & money that has been sent to me. This is a serious problem that needs to be corrected.
