Note was left 3-26-21 in mailbox that my package wasn’t delivered due to dog. I was sitting outside since 10am and the dog was inside. Mailman didn’t even bother to pull into driveway.

I have now had 2 packages in the past 10 days disappear after the balding white guy who drives both the red Jeep and white minivan pick up my boxes from our front porch (so yes I have Ring camera video footage of him doing this both times) and they never end up scanned. Then the customer thinks I have delayed the shipment or have tried to scam them, asks for a refund, and then I have a missing package somewhere (is he hoarding this stuff in his house? Keeping it in his car to sell and committing fraud?) so I'm out of stock I paid for and having to refund a customer. I'm not alone in this issue, but I'm beyond over it and want answers, which no one is giving me. It is completely insane and unacceptable. I'm sure if I go back and looked, this same man would be to blame for other 2 packages that have disappeared in the last year+ in same circumstances.

I moved in October and have put in two change of address forms and am not getting my mail forwarded. I have tried in multiple occasions to call but they won’t answer.

I sent a large box for my children from Australia. I have a tracking notice to say that delivery was attempted on Tuesday in the first weekend of September- even though my ex husband was home. The box was filled with clothing, shoes and back to school items for an 11 and 14 year old child. A package slip was left and filled out, left in the mail box and removed by the mail carrier. 3 weeks later, the box has not been delivered. I have stayed up late to try and call the post office, but the phone rings out. Tracking on the box shows nothing other than delivery was attempted. Mail carriers in Australia are not able to do anything because it is now in the US. I am furious and want to know where my $500 box of goods for children has ended up. Thus far, I have had no answers.

Delivery in Gordonsville has become unacceptable since they have hired the driver in the Red Jeep. I have uncharacteristically contacted the office several times and have been told by several staff members that 99% of the issues stem from this one driver but that the person responsible for personnel refuses to address this problem. I have talked to several people on my block and around town who also have had many issues since this driver was hired. Often time I recieve the wrong mail and most of the times my packages have been delivered to the wrong address if at all. I had a package last night that was never even attempted to be delivered and it was reported as a non delivery dur to customer request! This is beyond unacceptable. This is unequivocally the fault of the postmaster who refuses to listen to the folks around Gordonsville who are affected by the infamous driver in the red jeep.

Postmaster has a real chip on his shoulder. Cost me a sum of money, product and caused a lot of grief. If he doesn't like his job, he should do everyone a favor and resign.
