I recieved my package with a stab hole that went through the clothes that's inside it. I am very dissapointed and mad because this is not the first time it happened. It will cost me my time and money for the return and trip across the bridge just to return the items. Please improve your service or fire the person that cannot do the job right.

I mailed a certified check through Express Mail on Feb 1st. It was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd. I requested email updates and it still shows that it arrived at Gloucester Post office at 9:27 am when I mailed it. Tried calling numerous times and was put on hold until the line started giving me a busy signal. Waiting for a call from the 800 number but not holding my breath.

The mail has been lax for the last week and a half. there is mail in the box from the morning before that has not been picked up. Mail truck has been coming at 8:45pm to just before 9pm.. Normally it has been arriving at 3-4pm. We oft time receive other people's mail. no where near the address. My letters and bill payments are in the box right now. I placed them in the box Tuesday AM it is now Wednesday 2:06 pm. Having the mail box is supposed to help save my time instead of going into the post office. We have mail trucks passing each other daily. why can't we get our mail?

I’ve received numerous Amazon packages without incident. I was home when I received an Amazon email that my package was not delivered because “the front door or driveway was not accessible”. That’s absolutely NOT TRUE!!! I was outside at the time!!! Someone apparently didn’t feel like delivering the package because they couldn’t stuff it in the mailbox as usual. (As when my photo was bent to fit). Forget calling … want to enter your tracking number via your phone keypad? I understand stuff happens but do not lie … make up an excuse

Recently moved into my own place and have had nothing but issues with getting my mail delivered. Seems to me that whoever is in charge of my route decides if the mail does not fit in the mail box then I just don't get it. They will literally drop off my paper mail only and bring my package to the post office where I have to find time with my full time job and toddler to stop by and get it. Then get threats when I got to pick it up when I finally get a chance saying they were just about to send it back and I should have me second notice in the mail already when I never even got the first one. I only knew my package was sitting there because I happened to check the tracking details. IF I WANTED TO DRIVE SOME WHERE TO GET MY PACKAGES I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THEM ONLINE. And it is not just one time, MULTIPLE TIMES. My most recent is that they said they delivered something they never even got out of the truck. I never got the item, they never dropped it off, it is sitting at the USPS location when my tracking number said they delivered it in my mailbox. It has been a complete hassle and when I call to talk about it NO ONE EVER answers the phone. EVER. It just rings for 5 plus minutes. Living at my previous residence I never had any issues with them dropping of packages at the house that do not fit in the mailbox. I am not a fan of my route person at all, or the customer service from this location.

Poor customer service by individual closing for lunch 12/15. The employee was very rude and turned away a customer that should not have been. Even the customer whom he assisted in opening the door and allowed to go ahead of him being a gentleman let out an omg in disbelief as she let her remain in line, pulled the strap behind the lady, and told the man (where the line ended and the strap was in front of) "closed...we reopen at 2:30." The man could barely walk due to an injury. If you have footage to review I would strongly encourage you to take a look. Shameful, unprofessional, and rude.

Love the Gloucester Post Office! They have always been courteous and helpful. Today I called with a small issue of a misdelivered package. The phone was answered immediately, the postal worker was professional and courteous and resolved the problem within minutes! Thank you Nikki for your help today.

The worst USPS location, full of rude and unprofessional workers. They can not answer questions without literally WALKING AWAY from customers or just ignoring. I have contacted USPS about this issue, through email and phone multiple times and they never even contact me back.

generally poor service, I have had mail delivered to wrong house, mail not delivered on a Saturday even though it was priority because they didn't feel like loading it into the truck (and on the online tracking, they gave a reason that said "NO SECURE LOCATION AVAILABLE" ) despite the fact I was home and their delivery boy constantly throws his cigarette buts by my mailbox, typical of any organization that has a monopoly on the service provided.

I had a simple question about sending something through the mail. Decided to call the toll free number so as not to disturb the regular employees. The recorded process had everything one could wish to know except how to ship something that has an internal battery that can't be removed. There is no way to talk to an actual human that I found. I hope that removing the recordings on all businesses and replacing with real people will be something Trump can persuade the governmental agencies to do.

They told me to call at 4:30 to check if the UPS boxes had been scanned into USPS. I called at 4:30-5:00 and never got a answer. They close at 5:00p.m., but I guess do not listen to the representatives when they tell you to call back. They picked up and told me to hold then made me wait past 5:00 so that I couldn't call back. Laziest people I've ever spoke with. I know plenty of people that could use their jobs and do a lot better of a job.
