They put a Bat in our packages 📦 It was in the house for 4 days and they don’t even apologize. It could give someone rabies. I’m 75 and I was scared they did this to me and they frightened me. Be aware! Just pay the extra money and get UPS or Fed Ex!

mail delivery person DOES NOT close the mail box hence getting the mail wet in rainy weather. Requested mail person to close box. Mail person refused to do it . Wanted mail box to be raised. Have had the same mailbox for years and expect for this one mail person everyone from USPS DOES CLOSE THE MAIL BOX.

Ordered package from amazon. Was supposed to be delivered by 9am on Saturday. Never showed. Got email from amazon stating failed attempt to deliver at 10:57pm, then go to track and attempt was at 7:57... regardless. We were up at 8pm so not sure how anyone attempted to deliver anything. Now I have to wait until Monday to pick my package up because the carrier couldn’t do as instructed. I needed what I ordered today(Sunday) which is why I asked for Saturday delivery..... wth USPS!?

This office Post Master came to my home accompanied by a weasel mail carrier after he fabricated a story stating I threw mail at him. He delivered mail with someone else's name multiple times. He failed to remove the mail from the mailbox even after several days of me having my mail flag up. Because I asked him to take the mail back to the post office, sat it on his lap where he was sitting currently holding the other mail and walked away...he lied in attempt to create a hostile situation. Ms.Farmer came to my home and while I attempted to explain the nature of events she began raising her voice...gesturing with her hands and making threats that because they are federal employee's she can send the Inspector to address me. She failed to listen to me! She was loud and ignorant and was combative upon arrival! She did not want to resolve! I asked her to lower her voice and leave but she refused. As such I called the police! First of all why are you at my home? Why did you not handle this legally if your employee felt threatened? Instead they both chose to come to my home in a very aggressive manner! She wanted to be a bully until she saw that I wouldn't allow it! This is the type of behavior thats allowed within USPS! These are the type of individuals they having managing our postal offices teaching employees how to be unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful! Rude, nasty and displaying heathen behaviors! Of course she left before the officers arrived! Lol! Typical of some of us! What she doesn't know is that I'm Gods property!! He fights my battles! As such I don't have to! Touch not thee anointed and do His prophets no harm!

every wonder why the postal service is going broke i had a letter mailed out of Hopewell on April,11,2019 to Glen Allen 23059 my mail come out of Saddler road as well after having the company that mailed it to me stop payment on a check oh $35.00 fee for that this letter showed up in my mail box on May,11,2019 so it took 30 days to get here i guess the pack mule broke down & this morning i went to put out going mail in the box to find that a friend down the street had put my mail from yesterday in my box that was left in his this has been a on going thing for over a year make the carrier's take the ear buds out stay off of the phone and pay attention to what they are doing before everyone gets smart including myself and start doing everything on line my the postal service would shut down and perhaps that money could be used for more productive things just my thought long story short folks when you wind up losing a good job because of being incompetent don't cry the blues

Our normal delivery man is Kevin Jarvis and is wonderful, but lately in the last few months he has had a sub who is very distracted while working, delivering our mail to the other side of our subdivision, and delivering both sides to our side (double mail) the same day. I have had to chase her down to let her know she was delivering the mail to the wrong addresses. Last week I mailed two checks for bill payments and insurance premiums on Feb 26 or 27th and they have never showed up resulting in late payments, and possibly health insurance being cancelled. This is very concerning. She is very incompetent and should not be doing this job.

The Sadler Place post office is an incompetent location. Letters that are suppose to take two to three days to deliver takes them seven to ten days. Packages get delivered to wrong addresses. Which really makes no sense. Its as if, no one takes pride in the quality of service they provide at this location. If I could, I would move out of this post office area of operations. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 is the best, they would get a -1 for delivery.

Our carrier is making frequent mistakes and delivering mail to our neighbors and vice versa within the Grey Oaks Villas community.
