I would like to recognize our mail carrier Rodger delivering to the South Run community in 22039. Rodger is providing outstanding service. He is courtious and professional and I'm thankful tfor his service. Peter Gauthier 7817 South Valley Dr Fairfax Station VA 22039

I put a birthday card with a $100 Nordstrom Rack gift card, and dropped it off at the post office in zip code 22039. It was February 6.2021. Today is March 10. My friend who lives in California STILL didn't get it at 90068. I always sent a gift this way. I heard all the mail delivery service is slow. So I've been waiting very patiently. But in this case, there must be a thief among employees in the 22039 office or at 90068 . And there's nowhere to call to complain. I don't trust them anymore. Watch for theft!

I mailed 2-packages from the Post Office located at 5616I Ox Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039, on December 18, 2020. These packages were supposed to be delivered at 2 different locations - St. Petersburg, FL and the other one - Baton Rouge, LA. I mailed them 2-day delivery which the receipt said they would be delivered on Monday, December 21....it is now Dec. 23, 2020. After calling the Post Office I found out they are still sitting in Merrifield, VA Post Office which is no more that 20 miles away from the Post Office I mailed it from... and it WILL NOT be delivered by Christmas!!! I paid extra to mail these packages and wasted my money!! A friend mailed a package from Florida to Northern VA, by SNAIL MAIL on a Thursday evening, December 17, 2020 and the package arrived at it's destination on a Saturday, 2-days LATER, December 19, 2020. I am so sick of the Post Office and other companies making excuses for the lousy service being provided to the consumer due to the COVID-19. I have been working during the COVID and my performance is EXPECTED to be even better that it was BEFORE the COVID - what's the excuse for the POST OFFICE?!?!?!!! The other thing is that the Post Office KNOWS that Christmas comes EVERY SINGLE YEAR, at the same time every single year....why in the heck do they not prepare for this a year in advance.....of course....that would make way too much sense. The mail service sucked before COVID-19 and now that the Holidays are here there is just ANOTHER excuse as to why PRIORITY MAIL SERVICES is more expensive and SLOWER THAN SNAIL MAIL - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING TO SEND YOUR PACKAGES BY 2-3 PRIORITY MAIL (WHAT A JOKE) OR OVERNIGHT PRIORITY MAIL - THANKS FOR RUINING MY SURPRISE FOR MY FAMILY!!!! BAH HUMBUG TO THE POST OFFICE IN MERRIFIELD, VA - I wonder just how much of a raise the Post Office will ask for the lousy services they provided during the holidays starting in October and running through the middle of January....again BAH HUMBUG!!!!!!!

So angry they weighed a package and asked for $10 and it already had $10 postage on the package but they took the cash from my young daughter and pocketed it! Thief’s!
