I mailed a package to a person in Danville - she did not receive it although tracking said it was delivered to "garage/alternate location". Does that mean it was thrown in the woods like other items in the past or did the carrier steal it? She opened a case at 5:22 PM on June 30:and it was closed at 6:02 AM July 1 (12 hours and 40 minutes after it was opened) - which means no on even bothered to try to find out where the package went. We don't allow sorry bums to run the USPS here in WNC but judging by your other reviews I guess Va is different.

you had an employee, throw mail in the woods that is a felony yet you let him resign, shame on you . if he was white he would be in jail, I will push this issue, if you do not do the right thing.

I witnessed the post man drive up to my curb like a speed racer he then walked halfway across my yard and threw my package onto my porch , thankfully nothing was broken and that was only because it was pet peddling that was ordered. I am very frustrated.

Idiots! I have my address on my house, on my front deck on a yard ornament and on both sides of my driveway and the D/A driving truck 9201945 still put my package on my Nieghbors porch ACROSS THE STREET ON THE EVEN NUMBER ADDRESS SIDE OF THE Fn ROAD

So I have had to return to this post office three times based on the laziness of their delivery personnel. My house is apparently on a route that is used for new employees to learn the ropes. Each time I have visited, they have reminded me of this fact. Basically, they don't find my address deliverable. My home, where I should be able to get mail just like EVERYONE ELSE on my road, was created in recent years by turning a singular home into a duplex. Apparently, it is so painfully hard for the delivery personnel to walk down the road where there is a door on the side of this house, with numbers at the top of the door AND a MAILBOX next to the door that they have caused me to frequently visit them to inform them time and time again my address exists. I have grown beyond frustrated, because items that I ordered to be delivered to me that I NEED are not making it to my house and every time I visit they assure me they have fixed it. Last time even they guaranteed it was added to the "deliverable addresses list." If this cannot be fixed, I request a free P.O. box so that I can GET MY MAIL in a timely manner. I have still not received my new license, voter's card, and now even more items that are being returned to sender because of the laziness of the man who worked my street on Tuesday, June 13th, 2017. I watched the man walk to the second to last house, my diagonal neighbors, and not even glance towards my home. I need consistent mail delivery, and if this route is used for NEW employees to learn the ropes, wouldn't it be part of the training by now, since I have had this issue since November, to deliver to my home? Disappointed, extremely. Fix this.
