I'm having live ducklings being delivered to me and USPS sent them to the wrong zip code which happens to be the Colonial Beach Virginia post office. I have called their phone number 65 times, literally and no one bothers to answer, I live 3 hours away am disabled m, on Oxygen Therapy and no one will help me. Its showing a delivery date for the 15th of April that would mean these little baby ducklings have been in shipment for 4 days, which ultimately means they will most likely be dead by the time I pick them up. This is just absolutely ridiculous. Not a single person that I've spoken with at USPS has done anything to help me. I can't do anything now but wait for them to call me once they get to the actual post office. Why even post a phone number if your just going to ignore the customers that call.

On Friday afternoon June 16th around 4 a postal van pulled up my driveway, into my yard, and dropped to packages out the window near my house. I know it’s hot, I work outside for a living also but this is piss poor and inexcusable!! One of the packages was a lcd mini projector for my kids. So is that where we are at CB USPS??? Just roll up through the yard and throw it out the window???If you can’t handle it right, these companies need to stick with ups or fedex!!

For starters how incredibly rude the help inside is. One person. How did you get this job and why stay if you hate it so much? Post is always LATE and always WRONG. If you go inside for something other than stamps prepare for hostility. Don’t bother calling, it must be a running joke not to answer in there, all the lines ring to a fax. This is by far the worst post office, as I said, you can walk it faster than they can deliver. Shame.

I have been trying to call but the fax number and phone number are the same so I cannot get through. I have a broken ankle and no car at this time so I can’t just swing by. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 31st but there was no sticker put on my door so I did not know it was at the post office. How do I get in touch with a human and request the package be redelivered the automated system is not allowing me to do so.

I am new to the area and was unaware that packages required a mailbox....I’m used to door service....I talked to people at the post office and was told to install a mailbox but in the meantime they have returned every one of my packages instead of understanding my dilemma....no way to contact anyone in the post office to have them held.....not cool
