Postal Locations

My husband and I moved from 13212 Chesdin Landing Drive, Chesterfield, VA 23838 about two years ago but I think Social Security only has our old address. They say that to change our address for SS they must first send a confirmation to our old address. If you get any mail for DuWayne or Tracy Koch from Social Security please forward to 1609 Village Market Place, Apt. 405, Leesburg, VA 20175. This is very important. Thank you very much.

Mail is not being picked up daily. Wrong mail delivered when it is delivered.

I just removed 5 packages from my mailbox. 5. Overstuff and hanging out of the mailbox. This is not the first time and this is causing damaged, destroyed and missing mail. Something needs to be done. If not they can keeping delivering it until it arrives not damaged

I have had it! Stuffing mailbox so packages and items are damaged, too lazy to put items on front porch out of weather, dropping packages off In driveway close to house, but now at end of driveway. Left out in rain and storms. If they are too lazy to deliver mail like they should. -fire them

FRUSTRATED!! Tell me I was getting four pieces of mail 5 days a go, but have not got it. Some of it was medical things. Do not know what they are doing with it.

Carrier left "Sorry we missed you" pink notice in mailbox stating that signature required. Only problem is he never even came to the door and attempted to deliver package to us in person and we were here all morning. Not the first time either. The notice says I requested the package be held at post office. No I didn't. I want the mail carrier to look me in the face and tell me he/she rang my doorbell.

I moved and changed my address in April. Stimulus check was sent 12907 Seahorse Dr on May 8th. Havent received it as of late.I went to the post office I explained the situation to her and she said what do you want me to do about it She called her Manager to come help me waited 20 minutes was a no show, This was on May 24 th at 9 am second person in line if you view the camera I just would like my mail ,It states that the post office holds undelieved mail for 15 days She could have checked The new address is 8112 Sidlaw Hill Terr

Is the mail carrier in Chester still delivering daily mail?

Ordered medication from mail order pharmacy for my mother who lives with us. Tracking number stated med was delivered 03/06/19 @ 6:55 pm. Did not receive it. Reported this to Chesterfield, P.O., "Sarah" said they'd look into it. 03/12/19 Neighbor called me frantic, she'd been out of town, got back, got mail, med was in with her mail. Before she could bring it, her dog got ahold of it, shredded package, med bottle missing. Scared dog ate it. Continued looking, finally found bottle. Intact, dog okay. This could have gone very wrong for the dog!!! We were lucky. FAULT IS WITH USPS MAIL CARRIER FOR DELIVERING MED TO WRONG ADDRESS. We get other peoples mail/packages all the time, usually deliver it ourselves or mark wrong address and put it back in box. Even got somebody's federal refund check, not even right part of county. Waiting to see how long it takes for "Sarah" to get back to us.

The website clearly states the hours for pastport applications END @ 2:00 I got there at 1:30 and I was turned away. The lame reason? They have to do reports . How is that MY PROBLEM?
