Halter arch does not get mail on Thursdays? Our mail is returned undeliverable every Thursday because our trash goes out on Thurs. Our cans sit by our mailboxes. We put trash out in morning before work , pick it up after work. Every Thursday no mail ! Because we have to put our trash cans by our mailboxes we don't get mail? I've had legal mail returned 3 times, I've even had to change my address to my company address because my mail won't come. What do I do?

I live on North Kingsbridge Place in the Kingsbridge Apartments. A couple of months ago a new bank of mail boxes was built but has not been used. My management says that are waiting for the Post Office to give them keys. What is going on?

It has been 6 days since this post office (1425 battlefield in Chesapeake) has delivered mail. People are waiting on paycheck, meds, unemployment benefits, disability checks, health insurance cards. And no one will answer the phone or return calls.

Normally the postal service is wonderful but I waited 2 hours on 1-16 waiting on toll free number to answer, they never did, today I called the Chesapeake office and the phone is busy tone constantly.Sounds like it's off the hook. For the last 2 days I've got on line to have packages picked up and they are still on my porch. What is going on? I hope you all get caught up & get back to great service! ;o)

Worthless, they do not answer and reinforce the stereotype of the typical postal operation.

On 3/15/16, as I drove up I saw Mr. USPS throw my package from 5 yards away to my door. I confronted him, got an apology and wrote down his truck number of 234778. I was unable to get an answer by phone to complain to the post office.

I, too, get a busy signal. The mail person just delivered a package to my house and I saw him throw it about 20 feet to my front door. I caught him and he apologized, but I'm going to report him truck; 00234778.
