I live in an apt. and whom ever delivers the packages at this complex SHOULD be putting large packages in the parcel box and leave me the key! However today my box pkg was just left at the stairs because the delivery person was too lazy to walk down a flight of stairs and leave it at my door, (since they failed to put it in the parcel box.) Last week whoever delivered here crammed everyone’s delivery in one parcel box and left no one a key! Ummm, last time I checked different addresses don’t get crammed in one parcel box when 3 others were open. Wish these ppl had an ounce of sense and some training on how to deliver Mail!!!!!!!

I have called every day for over a week and no one will answer the phone. We got through one time and the lady on the phone hung up on me. When I proceeded to call back again no answer. Is this acceptable for a business?

Terrible service! I went to the post office to get a passport photo. The staff there has 0 knowledge of how to take a professional photo. My face in the photo has a very strange angle and I am not even confident whether it meet the requirement since they didn't provide any certificate. To make things worse, their printing machine is down and they told me that they will send to me in several days. I was arguing with the staff to get refund but I got refused. Later I went to CVS to get the passport photo again, I noticed that the CVS service is 100 times better than the POST office. The photo looks more professional, cheaper and they provide certificate to you. My suggestion is if you want to get a passport photo, go to CVS instead of POST office.

Terrible service. Disgusting men, beard men, acting so superior. You make me sick. If you don’t like your job stay home and be miserable.
