I've tried to change my address online but it keeps asking me for my CC number for $68. Isn't there a way to change it online for free?

We are wondering exactly when our mail runs. Used to come before lunchtime. Then it came around 1 pm. Most recently, it started coming between 3 and 4 pm. Now, we think we only get mail 3 times per week at a time that is completely unknown to us. Does anyone know when the Bunker Hill area of Moneta Rd gets delivered?
And, does anyone EVER answer the phone at the post office???
I put a HOLD MAIL request in for 13-15 December with a delivery date of 15 December, however, I have not received any mail since 12 December. I tried called the Bedford PO several times and no one picks up.
I live down a graveled road and your mail drivers use it as a race track, they are kids down this road plus peoples animals we have called and talked to the manager about it but he just blows it off and says they have the right,well he will see who has the right when someone gets hit
Very disappointed in the man that just came down my driveway to deliver to the residence behind me. We are the only 2 homes who live on my driveway . And he flew down the driveway and flew on his way back out. I have many animals and this is my property and that kind of driving was unacceptable!!!! And I did try calling the Bedford office but no one answered and it ring forever
I received a very important piece of mail today. My teaching license. I've been waiting months to get it. However, when it came it in its envelope that clearly says DO NOT BEND it was shoved in the mail box and wrinkled. So why even have instructions on the envelope if It is ignored?
