Package was delivered to wrong address, could not reach anyone in the office to fix the situation. Office line is always busy have been trying for several days to reach them.

Pkg was supposedto be delivered to 5921 Coverdale Way Alexandria Va. 22310 apt F instead went to adress in zip code 22315 . Please try to return

The young girl, her name is Queen, was rude to customers this morning, 21 Sept around 1145-1150 and her customer service skills suck. She works at the USPS on Franconia by the Rose Hill plaza. She didn’t talk to me at all until I asked her about her name to say thank you, and was not wearing her name tag. I was just trying to be polite even though she was being short and impolite to the customer ahead of me. She really needs to be counseled about her attitude and wearing the federal Govt uniform properly. She represent other federal employees like myself all the time and is she is not happy then she needs to find a different job. I Will not go to that post office ever again.

My mail has not been delivered that was on hold

Who ever delivers and picksup for our business at 4750 Eisenhower Ave 22304 should be reprimanded. We are Business with shipments everyday and we have had no service for 2 days and there are a pile of shipments waiting for pickup. You call the local branch no one with answer the phone The post office personnel don't deserve their paychecks.

The imbeciles in this post office could not find my address where they deliver mail EVERY DAY. THE NEED TO BE FIRED

This post office requires you to call to make an appointment but their line has been busy for 2 days. How am I supposed to reach them!?
