same here. Been trying to get a mail box for weeks. The phone # is wrong or you will not answer. Poor service.

I have called this post office multiple times a day for a week now and NO ONE has answered. The tracking number on my package shows my package has been sitting at this post office for 10 days and has not been delivered to its destination

This is the worst post office I've experienced in my lifetime! I surmise that the reason it is so bad is because the city has unprecedented growth over the last 5 years and the city council/government has done nothing to expand the post office to accommodate the extra traffic. We've had several days where there's been no delivery or pickup on regular working days. When I call to find our what's going on, they don't even answer the phone. Very sad and frustrating to have to deal with this when you're trying to run a business.

I have tried to call the USPS and went round and round in a phone tree. I was on the phone for well over an hour trying to speak to a live person. That was on the 1-800-Ask-USPS number. Today I tried to call the local office and it just rang and rang. My issue is that mail being sent to me is returned to sender. My insurance agent called me and asked if the address they had was correct. It was. My son sent me a piece of mail with the same experience. I need to know why my mail is being returned. My address hasn't changed, they are affixing the correct amount of postage. What is happening? I need to have this issue resolved, but without being able to speak with someone, the issue will continue to go unresolved. Please send me an email with information so I know what to do about this issue. Thank you.

Is this Really a phone # that’s listed or a Fax #?435-673-9297 . Called many times and it just rings & rings & then beeps like a fax Machine. How do you actually call this location? Don’t seem to have this issue at other usps locations. Super Frustrating and poor Customer Service.
