Are Contract Negotiations for Tremonton Postal Service Union approaching or is there a valid reason for the totality deplorable mail service that has become normal for our community? Any information would be appreciated.

Lately, we been having our package delivered or put into the wrong mailbox multiple times, lucky our neighbors was nice enough to drop it off. Sadly we got a new neighbors and don't know if they receive our package or not, but its been scan drop off at mailbox since 4-23-21. I have talked to the delivery lady, gone into the office and try talking to the supervisor, he was busy at the time and was supposed to called me back. Nothing, No reply. Now, I can't even get through their phone system. Who ever received my package hope you know those are for my boys card collection and would appreciate if we get them back. As we won't be able to retain another set.

I usually do not complain because I realize mistakes can be made but our mail delivery is ridiculous. We have been in our home 2 1/2 years and we have spent more time delivering our neighbors mail that has been put in our box. We received a package on 4/15/2021 that was crammed into our mailbox that was difficult to remove that belonged to our neighbor down the road from us and we delivered it to him. We were expecting a package that says it was delivered to our mailbox on 4-15-2021. I wonder who received that package expected for our address because it didn’t get delivered to our address. We have been home and have a security camera and there was not a package delivered. The package was big enough it could not have been placed in our mailbox. Service is so poor.

I certainly hope this is read by the employees! We have lived in the same house for over 20 years and have never had a problem with the delivery of our mail. However since September our mail arrives anywhere from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Which is upsetting when it use arrive anywhere from 2:00 pm to 4 pm. Especially since the Standard Examiner (newspaper) has contracted with you to deliver the paper. Don’t tell me that it’s busy this time of year because it’s never been a problem before September of this year!!!

Watched as tracking number showed package arriving at Tremonton, being forwarded to Brigham City, back to Tremonton then back to Brigham City who the sent it to Salt Lake city. The post master at Tremonton played stupid and tells me that he has no way to check the location, that the tracking number isn't a valid one ( even though the same tracking number has been scanned multiple times) and he has no clue where the package is or how to find it. Going straight home I find it in my mail box. They have no clue, treat people rudely and avoid the real issues... They don't want to do their jobs!

Why would this comment bx be placed on a USPS website if the above statement reads "*Comments below are not read by postal employees. Please do not post personal information." What is the purpose of this method of communication? This office is poorly managed and has a couple of employees that abuse their union status that affects the whole office and smears the name of the USPS. Male employees that are verbally abusive as well as lazy. These comments should be available and need to be read by this office and its team if it is to change the way it conducts business and manages its employees. Places like this really do make the argument for why the postal service is always in the red and bound to go bankrupt. Another year with another 4-5 billion dollar loss!
