We are snowbirds and have our mail moved when we change locations. I ordered some items that did not get delivered before we left this last time. The originating company said they delivered them to Santa Clara in June. They were not forwarded ! Why not ??

We put in a vacation hold for our mail. They delivered a package on our porch. Why did they not hold it? We are only gone for a week, but, we did not want mail piling up. The package was supposed to be delivered 2 days before we left, but, tracking kept pushing it back. Luckily, we could contact a neighbor to go over and take it home with them. We don't know if our mail is being held, we are not at home yet. I was angry to get that notification that a package was delivered, after having a hold put on our mail!!

Employees are not following the federal mandate which requires them to wear a mask. Patrons are not being asked to wear a mask as required. What a huge disappointment to go to this federally funded business and see people completely disregard others safety.

Why are you never open. I have been there at the building at the hours you are supposed to be open and you are not open. Very upsetting.

I paid for prime delivery and my package arrived early Tuesday 8/24 then was switched to another carrier at post office ???? what would be the reason for this ? hopefully it will come today Mike Loebig Santa Clara waiting patiently
