Hello, I'd like to inform everyone that if you need new keys for your postal box. . Even though your address is located in the book of addresses they do replace and provide new keys for. . . You may be informed after paying that that is not the case. . .and now you must go elsewhere to have this done. . .and unless you saved your receipt... you cannot be reimbursed. . .although to get into the log book for work orders you must pay up front. . . That does not matter that that is logged. . . Just the receipt is all that matters.

Hey,My letter was drop on 15 Apr.at post office 84107 but still i am not received .

Cant get anyone to answer the phone. I literally called for 30 min straight.

Horrible Post Office. Have had an issue with the carrier sending mail back since April. Made numerous complaints and one item in particular had been sent back at least 5 times in the last month, not to mention the unknown amount of times since April. They don’t even answer their phone.

Mailbox got hit live right on 53rd so moved it further back and no mail for days no notice why so I go in and I'm told it's to far away from curb. It is literally one foot away from crub. I am the only box on the street my neighbors all on their homes, he literally drives 20 feet away from my box parks his truck to walk delivere mail but cant deliver mine because it's to far for him to reach without moving off his sit.

The automated phone teller said to wait to be connected, so I wait and wait and it rings and rings, then hangs up. Must be the same poor customer service. Should stick with FedEx or UPS. USPS is just not caring about people or their mail.

How do I register a complaint against our delivery person? We have a locked small box plus a bigger locked box for bigger pieces of mail. We are always finding pigs shoved into our small box.well our mail person just ruined a Christmas present for our great grandson by trying to put it in the reg mail instead of in the box for pkgs . It was a special book and the mail person bent it so it would fit. I am so upset Where do I go to complain? There is no need for bending a pkg when we have box specifically for pngs

Both machines would not accept credit card as to many attempts to enter PIN #.. This after only one attempt.

Where did my mailbox go? I’ve been using the same mailbox for 30 years (the one by Smith’s at 700 West 5300 South). It was there last week! I don’t even know where another close one is? HELP!

Thank you thank you to the postal worker who was thoughtful enough to drop my FedEx package to my mother into the FedEx box right next to the USPS box. I dropped it in the USPS one by mistake and was worried about how I'd get it back. It's just about to deliver. Thank you so much for taking the extra second to take care of it for me!

Phone is NEVER answered. I had my mail forwarded because I moved and have received mail at my new home. Just got an update that packages are still being delivered to my old address..this is a joke.

my outgoing mail has been in my mailbox since last Thursday... how do I get the mail person to do their job???? they get paid quite a bit for me to deliver the thing to post office my damn self!!! Laziest of lazy!!!!!!!!

This is incredulous. A package I ordered from Arizona go to Utah faster than it is going to get to me from West Valley City. This is absolutely horrible service. And our government just appropriated MILLIONS more dollars to bail you out. Personally i think I could do a better job. Every postmaster that has 5 or more complaints in a one year period needs to be FIRED with no benefits. And this is the third time I have complained in the past 2 years. One package was just plain LOST and we were promised a supervisor would contact us - this promise was made twice - and nothing. I even complained to ne national contact page and never heard anything. Is there really management out there?
